Very rude!! Was told they would get a certain prescription for me because they don't carry it normally and when the doctor called it in for me they were very rude and said they wouldn't order it. Will never go back and will hopefully get others to jump ship. It shouldn't matter what you are getting prescribed, they should treat everyone the same!

The blond lady that works there is very rude. If a customer is paying you $600 out of pocket for meds each month you would think you would get better treatment than what she gives you. I will be hunting a new pharmacy that will appreciate my business!!

The most expensive pharmacy in Wilson County!! My husband had 5 tablets of antibiotics. Gibbs list price was $100. Smith County Pharmacy was $10. $10!!!!!!!! No wonder people go without their medicine!

Normally my prescriptions are $1.50 so, I drop off an antibiotic and then I get a phone with some bs of its $10.50 ... Like what? So, i said is it filled and she said yes, well they fill the prescription and your stuck paying it instead of taking to to the other pharmacies! Never have I had to pay $10.50 for clindamycin ... They should not have filled it and I will not be going back there!!!

My two-year-old is been throwing up all day and I'm going back three different times to see if the medicine was ready and the woman told me she's been out all day first of all you think they would've called somebody would call the parent of the patient know right or that you think they would call to let you know so you can go to Walmart or wherever else you can get medicine filled right but no woman wants to be a smart ass to me and then tell me or we just don't have the filletit but let me guess if it was her kid two-year-old throwing up I guarantee she would want to bump up to Egypt to get it so I think and the whole time my nures was on the phone talking with me and she heard it all so (White older lady with long blonde hair

Will never use this pharmacy again. My insurance has been the reason my prescriptions cannot be filled in a timely manner according to Gibbs. However when calling my ins company, the information Gibbs told me my insurance company had incorrect was indeed correct, all THREE times. Their staff is rude and unprofessional and apparently, lack communication since I continue to get the "run around" when questioning them.i have ZERO confidence in the competency of the staff.
