I got my Persian Cat neutered and declawed. I brought him in the day before for an exam and they told me they could keep him overnight so I wouldn't have to come in so early the next morning, so nice. They do laser claw removal. They are the only Vet in town that does it. It is less painful with less recovery time. The only thing I don't like about the West side location is the small lobby and in the clinic rooms they have a hard bench to sit on instead of chairs.

The receptionists are always friendly and so are the vets and techs no complaints there. My complaint is against the groomer I am not happy that I was told I would be overcharged because my puppy's hair was too long even though she is always over booked and they only have one groomer. Also, had brought him in for a small trim a few months back and nothing was said. My puppy is 9 months old and was put in a kennel with a towel covering it because he was crying. His brother got put in the same kennel not happy about that! Will take my grooming business elsewhere so upset!

Our entire family comes to All City Pet Care West to see Dr. Stork. We've had multiple TPLO's, surgeries to remove cancers, and other major health issues that he has tackled with grace, professionalism, and always provides ethical and the highest quality of care. He is extremely compassionate too for the most difficult of times when one must say goodbye to our loved ones, which is why I only trust him. I recently lost my boy and Dr. Stork was so kind and caring. He's extremely knowledgeable and cares with all of his heart about the wellbeing of our fur babies. I can't recommend him enough or say thank you enough for the outstanding care he's provided over the last decade! I won't trust my babies to anyone but All City Pet Care West! The other docs I've seen there are also amazing, but my heart is with Dr. Stork. Also, Mary at the front desk is the kindest receptionist I've ever met! Thanks!

I have nothing but good things to say. Our puppy broke his leg, Dr. Matt Stork, We thought we were going to have to do surgery to repair the fracture but Dr. Stork decided due to the location of the brake we would set the brake then put a cast on it, instead of putting screws into the leg. It took 2 months of bandage changes, X-rays, and Kennel rest (We paid nothing extra out of pocket after our initial visit) but our puppy's leg is now fully healed. The fact that Dr. Stork considered what was in our dogs best interest and not what was in the best interest of his pocket book was impressive. I Would recommend this Vet Hospital to anyone that has a small animal.

We love All City Pet Care West! The entire staff from reception to the doctors are all so caring and engaged with our pets. We always feel like family and feel that our concerns and questions are addressed in a kind and thorough manner. When we arrive we are promptly taken into our appt. very little waiting until see the doctors. When we have had to say goodbye to one of our pets, the staff grieves with you and so much is done to make your feel comfortable and take the time to grieve. So thankful for all who work at All City

Was told cat needed teeth cleaned and gave us estimates of around $450.00 said to expect extractions.brought her in and they say they did blood test that showed problem. Could be liver or kidney problems. Option to have ultra or biopsy her kidney. Did ultrasound everything looked fine. Ran another test and was a bladder infection. Gave her a shot. That bill was around $489.00 for a bladder infection. That was 2 weeks ago and not one word about her terrible teeth. They got their money one way or another. We will never take our 3 babies here again.

We've been going to All City West with our cat and dog for over a year now. Each time, we've been in and out in less than 20 minutes. My cat has a lot of anxiety and had to be sedated at our previous vet. Now, it's not a problem! Everyone has been so kind and helpful at All City.

Everyone was nice but I feel like there were just trying to get as much money as possible running random tests instead of the obvious ones. I've been here for two hours and I feel like if I wouldn't have spoke up and told them what was the matter with my dog. I would be been here all night running the most expensive test for an obvious solution. I will no t be back!

We don't normally take my dogs to you guys. Was a huge relief, when so close you guys we're open, on a Saturday. I dont think my dog would of made it this weekend, if you weren't. He had a fall from our couch and was non responsive. I truly believe you guys brought him back. He's running around and normal like nothing happened.
