I brought my little Maltese in for his first teeth cleaning, and to say I was a little nervous would be a huge understatement... when I came in to meet Charity for the tooth assessment, I felt so much better! She took extra time to listen to my concerns and tell me about the procedure and drugs used and what to expect. I really got a sense of the expertise and care that these people were going to give my little man. After the procedure I was (to no ones surprise) extremely anxious, what if I dont know what to do to take care of him after the procedure? The technician was SO nice and explained everything about the post procedure care. I even had additional questions I thought of later and after I left another technician called me to educate me on the pain scales and what exactly to look for/ issues I should bring him back in for. I can't say enough good things about this place. I will 100% be bringing my family member back to this location. Thank you so much to everyone who was a part of our experience. I am so grateful for the care we received and hope you all know what a difference your effort makes in our lives.

I was so impressed with how they cared for Sparta. I couldn't have her with me as I was was moving and she needed to be spayed and have her shots. When I finally got her back after a few days I thought she would be I. Bad condition, scared, not eating, refusing to move but she was in great condition eating, roaming around,asking for attention. I'm switching vets permanently to All City Pet Care.

4pm on a Thursday and my own hometown vet could not see our dog when her nail got ripped off. I called All city Pet Eastside and even though they were short staffed she said to bring her on in. I am so thankful they got us right in no waiting. The nail could not be saved unfortunately but they gave us such great service! Thank you so much for caring for our fur baby as much as we do. Dr. Paul was so friendly and knowledgeable. They got me in right away as a new patient with an urgent pet issue, when my own vet couldn't get me in and was honestly kind of rude. We were so impressed by their competence and friendliness that we are switching to All City Pet Care East for all our vet needs. We didn't realize that a vet was supposed to spend so much time discussing your pet's issues with you, our previous vet always seemed disinterested and was in and out quickly. Dr. Paul was excited to see our puppy and hold her and spent a long time with us answering questions and figuring out what was wrong. He really knew his stuff. Highly recommend! Update: after going here for several months and going through several medical issues and spaying, we are still very happy with All City Pet Care East. They used a laser for accelerated healing on my dog during her spay operation, and she healed wonderfully, not even needing the dreaded "cone of shame." We also recently went in for some urgent medical issues, and we saw Dr. Tim, who did a fantastic job taking a long time to talk with us about our dog's issues and develop a plan for treatment. He was very knowledgeable and did not seem rushed at all. Attached is a photo of the little goober causing us to have so much experience with the docs at All City Pet Care East. This is a great place for vet care!

I want to give 5 stars for the one on Minnesota Ave, but 2 stars to the one on the east side. I made an appointment for my cat on the east side, he was having some issues, and I called and asked if I could bring my dog along for a distemper booster shot and nothing else. They said that was fine. (I do not live in town, saves me a trip) we get there and I tell the tech once again when we are here for my cat, but my dog is only here for a booster shot. Vet visit goes fine, get mixed news for my cat and a treatment plan. Go to pay and find out they are charging me for an exam for my dog along with the booster. Explained he was not here for an exam, and they told me it was policy to charge me for one because he got a booster shot. They would not remove it. I have had vaccinations done before at the clinic on Minnesota and have never been charged for an exam fee when I ask only for vaccinations. Update, the branch manager was wonderful and very polite, she did refund me the money, but I learned that the all city pet cares have different policies even though they have the same name.

Fantastic vet! They've always treated Sparta well and gentle. Shes been going there for 3 or 4 years and is 11 years old. I've got a new kitten and he'll be going soon. I always recommend this vet, especially because I've had a bad vet before and wont be going back. Happy to have found this place.

I've always had a great experience here. All of the vets and vet techs are very caring and they will answer any questions you have, even general things to help you with your pet. One of the vets even called a couple days after our appointment to make sure my kitty was doing better.

The only "avairy" in town and they weren't skilled in doing anything except trimming nails. X-rays were bought and paid for but noone followed up with the results.. results the "avairy" vet could read herself but had to upload and wait for someone else. Do not bring your bird here.
