It was the first time since being here, that I was treated with the upmost respect and care. I am in excruciating pain because of acute chronic pancreatitis and Parks Pharmacy dropped the ball with my pain medication. They filled my script before without a problem and as of today, they are over 14 days behind in filling this script and didn’t even bother to call me for the past 2 weeks plus to tell me that for whatever reason, they forgot me or whatever. They simply dropped the ball and left me to suffer miserably in excruciating pain without even a courtesy call. I don’t understand, and in a million years could not understand how any company or person could allow another person to suffer so much, especially in this day and age. There are devices called telephones today which could be used to communicate if there is a problem or situation or simply someone just didn’t feel like filling a script. Really? Over 14 days of waiting for pain medication and you can’t pick up a phone? I am truly sorry I even walked thru the door. Too bad it won’t allow you to post 0 stars because they didn’t even deserve the one that I had to give them.

I switched to Parks several months ago after having issue after issue between my old pharmacy and my insurance company, even though the old pharmacy was in network for my insurance. I am SO glad that I made the switch! Parks has worked seamlessly with my insurance. They are so friendly, and there are always plenty of pharmacists available to answer questions. I’ve never had to wait too long in the drive thru or in the store. Best service I’ve ever received from a pharmacy!
