Had been a customer there for 10+ years until today. The sad part is Ms Christy is a great person, but her staff just doesn't understand customer service. Unfortunate that I can't keep my business in Gilbert. Will have to drive to Lexington from now on.

I have shopped occasionally at Morgan's for health products around two years. About two weeks ago, I began getting all of my medical needs (prescriptions & OTC) at the Batesburg location. They offer so many products regarding health needs. They have an old soda fountain where you can get sodas and hand-dipped ice cream. This is the place to go for diabetic shoes. The process is easy and worry free. I am always greeted by the staff when arriving; and they are very friendly and helpful. Morgan's has that small-town atmosphere. I'm so glad I started having them take care of my medical needs.
