These guys are awesome. They pack my elderly parents mess into ‘DailyCarePaks’ so it is really easy for them to take my folks to take their meds correctly. The packs were delivered and they call and check up with mom and dad every month to make sure they are ok. I was really happy to find out that they don’t charge extra for this packaging service. Thanks guys!

The knowledgeable and caring staff makes Carolina Pharmacy a great place for your healthcare needs. I have been doing business here for over 5 years. Always a good experience! I've never had to wait over ten minutes to get a prescription filled. They go out of their way to make sure I have what I need on time and fully informed. My doctor mentioned how easy they are to work with! You won't find the long wait and basic service that you get at the large retail pharmacies

Really amazing customer service! I went with a friend to pick up her medicines and they called her told her 1 wouldn’t be ready they had to call the doctor but when we got there they had it! I will use this pharmacy for all future prescriptions. I called in a panic today and they were quick to help me get all of the information processed in their system and with my doctor. They made me fill as they actually cared about me and not like I was just some random customer. The young lady that helped me even entertained my daughter while we waited. The pharmacist is super knowledgeable and explains everything to you better than the doctor. The technicians goes out of their way to help you and make your trip worth while. They have other locations in NC and SC and wonderful staff all over. They have always gone an extra mile for everyone I know. Carolina Pharmacy is the best! They are always there when I need them, ever willing to help you with your medications and any health needs or concerns you may have. Today I had three places on my arms where I'd had medical procedures which were painful. The managing pharmacist, Nit, recommended a new roll-on product, CBD Products Veritas, that was just what I needed. He and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make sure your needs are met and that everything is explained to the fullest. And when out of town for extended periods, they have no problem helping me to get the prescriptions that I need when they run out. Keep up your great work, Carolina Pharmacy :)

I have been dealing with severe pain do to nerve damage for quite some time now and I have been to several pharmacies in North and South Carolina. I've yet to find a pharmacy that takes care of all my needs like Carolina Pharmacy in Rock Hill does! They really care about the customer.I have found that the prices they offer are the best you will find. They will contact your Dr.and your Insurance when needed to save you time and money! And most of all they have a staff and management that likes what they do and it shows through the service that they give the customer!
