I love doing business with this pharmacy. The attendants are quick to serve and are always on spot as fare as helping you when you walk in. I love the young people that work in the one in Lancaster as if they are my children. Going to this pharmacy is like going to ones when I was growing up. You are more than a name and number. They really care how they treat and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect about your order. I would recommend them to anyone and I have.

Great pharmacy!!! Great people!! I don't know of any other pharmacy that gets involved with its community and its customers like Carolina Pharmacy. I used to use Fred's in Kershaw and before that I went to CVS. In both instances, customer service was lacking and wait times were beyond long. You can really tell this company cares about the customers and their health care needs and well-being.

I have used other pharmacies in the past and have not been completely satisfied. It's become a hassel to find customer service, fast service, and affordable prices all in one location. I'm so glad I listened to some family members who recommended Carolina Pharmacy. I haven't had a single issue with my prescriptions being filled on time. And the customer service has been the best part of my experience so far. The pharmacy technicians go out of their way to help customers. Prior to coming to see you I mostly went to Walmart, which was ongoing adventure in standing in line, being told my stuff wasn't actually ready, or being told that my stuff didn't exist despite having received their robotic calls telling me it did. I also used others in town . In the two or three years I've been coming to you guys, I have never had a problem, never had an inconvenience, never had a personality conflict. You do your jobs, and you do them well, and honestly, in this day and age, competence doesn't receive nearly enough praise. Not that i think you guys are merely competent, I feel like you're comfortably above the level of everyone else in the area.
