So. apparently, it is standard practice for a pharmacy to "owe" you pills. For month after month, virtually every time I refill my lyrica they tell me they owe me some. Today it was 40 pills. They were nice enough to tell me they'll be in tomorrow. Seriously? So I am supposed to make a special trip over there. There is never even an apology. I understand that they don't know exactly how many new patients they'll get, but when you are running short time after time, that is a clue.

Yeah there fast IF they even want to give you your script. Awfully judgemental for people that don't know me. Will never go to place again. When I pick a prescription up I shouldn't be looked at in a bad way like you do everytime I go in there. Don't matter who is working they all act the same. Hope ya lose service and have to be shut the help down! Cause making people uncomfortable when they need ttheir script isn't right!

Terry and Tyler go way out of their way sometimes to be as helpful as possible, and the rest of the staff is pretty great too! Awesome personalities! Don't take that as a recommendation for the Family Practice upstairs though...

I live in Lewistown, which is approximately 45 minutes away from here. I called the day prior and asked if I could have a certain prescription faxed to that Pharmacy by my doctor. Basically I prefer the brand they carry. Anyways once I explained the medication and dose I was going to have faxed there, I was told yes they could fill it. So I contacted my doctor, they faxed the prescription, I drove 45 minutes away, and once I got there I was told no they couldn't do it because it needs to be electronically filed! What's that and why didn't you tell me that the day prior. And yes they were given every detail needed the day prior. Of course I wanted to reassure myself before driving down there, so I repeated it to the pharmacist and he gave me the ok. Basically long story short I drive 48 miles and wasted a half a tank of gas for nothing.

We started there a few years ago ! were driving 15 miles one way before . but found a much better place a 1/2 mile from the house and they are way better than the big wait in a long line place ! and their prices are less also . We are known now and always have the same people wait on us ! guess you would gall it the quality touch !
