I come here occasionally even though it's more expensive than anywhere else and the selection is bad because I like to support places that aren't mega-corporations. But today I tried to return something I had just bought and the cashier said they don't do returns, and this is not posted anywhere in the store or disclosed to customers in any way. If this isn't illegal, it definitely should be. He claimed it would "mess up the system" and that they have no obligation to even inform customers of this. I'll never be coming back and I hope you steer clear.
