North Wales Review

North Wales Family Pharmacy is a great family run pharmacy. They care about the individual customer on a personal level, unlike CVS, Walgreens, etc. There prices are equal to or better than the chain pharmacies.

This isn't a chain drugstore. They take the time and effort to get to know you and I've found the price for a prescription was cheaper here than the chain I went to. Unlike the previous pharmacies at this location, it's bright and better taken care of. NWFP deserves a ton of success.

So I made my first trip in to the North Wales Pharmacy today. Its very different from the Genuardis/ Giant location that was there before. Its very bright and white - think hospital. The staff was very available to help if you had questions and very friendly. They also had what I was looking for but it was less utilized as far as a shopping selection compared to the previous stores in this location. I will say that they had somethings I wasn't expecting like eggs and butter so in that respect its very similar. They also apparently rent medical equipment. I hope this location does well because its very accessible however, I'm not a fan of their store hours - a plight I have with most Main St. North Wales businesses but some still manager to thrive.

North Wales Pharmacy is friendly and they go out of their way to help you. One time I called and I wasn't going to be there before they closed. Nazar waited and I was able to get script my meds b/c we were leaving vaca. They are the best!!!!!!

Pros: knowledgable staff, excellent customer service, free delivery, small business I love this pharmacy and will not frequent another as long as I live in the area. Ashley and Nazar made their dream come true and opened their own small-town pharmacy right after graduation–that takes guts! They're highly knowledgable pharmacists and the kindest people. If there's ever any issue with filling my prescription, they're sure to contact my insurance company and my prescribing doctor right away as well as keep me informed of any updates. Plus, I adore the homey feeling of their store where you can pick up grocery items, cold medicine, pet or school supplies—they have a little bit of everything! Did I mention they make courtesy deliveries as well? With their little community bulletin board at the back entrance to the store apprising you of North Wales area groups and events, North Wales Family Pharmacy is truly a wonderful business to have in the heart of the borough.

They fill our mediplanners weekly and deliver them. When we walk in we don't even have to say our name, they already know who we are. Very refreshing. Highly recommended

Local and amazing. They were able to order special brand medication, when no one else was able to. The pharmacists are extremely kind and helpful.
