It would be nice if u were getting the same medication for years if they would tell you AHEAD OF TIME that they are going to switch it.

Reviewing You

The staff is awesome but they always are off on the times they give you for medication to be done . It is not a first come first serve . Sometimes 15 mins means 15 mins other times it can mean 45 mins . The seating area not the biggest or cleanest .

Helpful staff and are pretty quick in my experience. Only reason it's not a 5 star is I'd like some limited hours for Sundays. Even a few hours help those of us not miss med doses when Saturday has such limited hours.

It was my baby's first illness and he's only 5 months old. My normal pharmacy would be closed by the time I made it there and he needed the medicine asap so we were told to go over and use keystone since it was right there. Long story short we waited in the wrong area for too long and the pharmacy closed in the meantime. Desperate, we knocked on the door since I saw someone behind the counter. Craig Leadbetter (I saw his name on the picture hanging in the pharmacy) let us in, took the time to go through all the insurance information since I had never been there, and got my baby's meds. He stayed a half hour after hours and was polite the entire time. I'm so thankful for the grace he showed.
