After a harrowing experience at another local pharmacy and then a search at several other pharmacies in the area, I was finally able to get what I needed at Hershey Pharmacy. My 4 year old needed an inhaler, and though another pharmacy filled the prescription for the inhaler, they neglected to call and tell us that the mask needed to administer the medication was not in stock. Upon arriving and waiting 30 minutes, they shared this information with me and said that any other pharmacy should have said mask. After traveling to another pharmacy that also did not have the mask, we were told about Hershey Pharmacy. Upon arriving, I explained my predicament, and the employee at the counter kindly spoke to the pharmacist. They said they had the needed mask and took my information and then called the first pharmacy to get the electronic prescription for the mask. Throughout all of this, the employee at the counter and the pharmacist were beyond polite and reassuring. They were a balm for my anxious being after traveling around town now for an hour in search of this necessary medical object. Within 15 minutes, I had the mask and was out of the pharmacy and able to administer the medicine to help my child. We don't live here, but if we did, Hershey Pharmacy would be my first choice. If I ever find myself in the area again with a medical need, I will definitely return there. I highly recommend it for its professional, kind staff and exceptional customer service.

I can't speak for the pharmacy aspect of it because I don't get my prescriptions filled here, but the gift shop portion is wonderful! I love stopping here to browse, and it's my local go-to spot for a quick but thoughtful gift. I always stop here during the holidays for wrapping paper, etc. The variety and quality of the products are wonderful as well.
