HORRIBLE customer service. I stood at the counter waiting to drop off a prescription for ten minutes while the staff talked to each other. No customers should be made to wait for 4 employees to finish a gab fest about presents and then treat me as if I am an inconvenience. SORRY TO MAKE YOU ACTUALLY WORK! I can't say this is an isolated incident, either. Other times I've competed for attention with employees and their cell phones. I've also heard employees badmouth customers after getting off the phone with them. The acoustics are great in the new store! From the counter, conversations can be heard from the workers in the way back...not only have I heard full names, addresses, medications, and histories but also the "crazy old lady" and " they can wait all day and like it" remarks. HIPAA doesn't seem to be a known concept here.

I can't even count I've done every staff member, "my grandmother has enough of this prescription, don't fill it." And like great customer service they ignore me and fill it anyway. They have a sign that says you can't curse but idk what you're suppose to do when you've spoken with everyone and no one listens to you

We switched to Harrold's a few years ago and I've been very happy with their service. I'm there several times a month for prescriptions and while they may get busy I'm always happy with the service. I'm happy that they are busy because it means a lot of people are shopping local. :)

The most amazing pharmacy I've ever seen. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there is not a very big selection of compression socks which is what I was there for. The staff is very friendly and the waiting area is quite comfortable. Most amazing is that even though they are several miles from where I live, they deliver here.

Very small, but had all the things I needed for a deep leg wound. Pricing very fair and reasonable. Willing to order items not in stock. Able to go in and get out in good time ***WARNING: customer service is extremely horrible. Once you get the attention of an employee, they are neither personable nor helpful if you have additional questions regarding your purchase or other items. The employees are rude and ignore customers.***

I was told the first day I came there after moving to Wilkes Barre from Bethlehem, PA that I can only fill my scripts by the pharmacist mind you if I had insurance!! What about the poor people who have none! The one guy where the scripts are filled is always grouchy and complaining about customers. They are the rudest people. I transferred a lot of scripts there and now I'm transferring them elsewhere!! I do not need to be treated like crap when I'm a paying customer and friendly to them.

My son, autistic, has been on meds since he was about 3 years old. I had left Harrold's Pharmacy because of the delivery person. My sons meds were suppose to be delivered on 01/11/2016, for his other meds had expired. Ended up calling pharmacy at 9:30 pm because they were not delivered. Was told they would find out what happened in the morning, fine but what is that going to do when he has to take his meds at 8:00 am. Called this morning at 8:00 am to only be told that the compounding department isn't open until 8:30, 9:00. Very disgusted with these people.

The pharmacy staff is great. The services that Harrolds provide is excellent. There is a great communication with them and me especially with drug interactions and knowledge of new medicines that I start. The owner always takes time to say hi, and ask if we have any questions when we are there. The new place is wonderful.
