I have documentation that Gateway dispensed an incorrect dose of a prescription medication for my child, yet the pharmacists continue to blame our doctor for this error. As a fellow healthcare provider, I'm NOT upset that the pharmacy made a mistake (we're all human, and none of us is perfect), but I'm so disappointed that the pharmacists did not step up and take responsibility - and equally upset that they "threw the doctor under the bus" for THEIR mistake. On a separate note, the women who handle the medical supplies are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! They're absolutely wonderful, and I will use them for all of our medical supply needs!

Best pharmacy ever!!! Always have what you are looking for. I mean ALWAYS! Anything medical/health related, you will find it here when you can not find it anywhere else! Also tons of cute/unique trinkets & gifts and things. You can get lost browsing around at all the cool stuff. Nice, friendly staff.

This is the best Pharmacy around, they are very knowledgeable, thier pharmacists give you the off brand option(cheaper) , they have a lot of items in the shop that you didn't know you need. They also call to thank you for being a customer. I recommend this to anyone in the Phoenixville area.

I took a compounding prescription to your pharmacy that had been filled by another pharmacy without incident for years. When I opened the package I was astonished to see that the quantity was half of that filled by the other pharmacy at the same price. In other words, your price was double. I had a very unsatisfactory conversation with your pharmacist who basically told me it was my fault. The result is a very unhappy customer.

An absolutely sub par reprehensible poor excuse for a Pharmacy. Poor customer service and despite my Doctor confirming a day ago they had what she was ordering the buffoons at Gateway made me travel all the way down there just to say "No we don't carry that medical supply." They offered to.order it at a 2-3 weeks at least. Lot of good that foes someone in need, just twiddle their thumbs letting their medical condition worsen because they were incapable of doing their job. I surely hope eith all my might that people consider boycotting this loser of a place and put them.out of business. It is abundantly clear they don't given a damn about people's health so why should we give a damn about their profits!!!!!

Small business pharmacy. Much bigger inside than it appears outside. Prices beat the chain pharmacy by a mile and they have all sorts of stuff you wouldn't ordinarily expect.

So happy to finally be in a community where there is still a local pharmacy. They sell everything the chains sell, and more (candles and gift items, for example), at competitive prices, and their pharmacy staff is very friendly and very helpful. Lots of people working there to help you out (so sick of having to FIND someone to check me out at the chain drugstores). Great hours, too. The pharmacist helped me resolve an insurance issue, when CVS just kept telling me something wasn't covered (when I knew it was).
