The wait at Carl's MIGHT be 25 minutes if they are busy. Most often the wait is 10 minutes. CVS may do 800 prescriptions daily, IF the product is in stock. Carl's has never been out of stock for me. They have an interesting store to browse while you are waiting. Overall a great store!

Arrogance and no knowledge of 2 insurances. Gentleman pharmacist is good but the lady pharmacist has a God complex and no customer service skills. Had script for over 6 hours when told it would be done in 1 hour. No call to say it was going to take longer . And when my wife came in she gave attitude like it was my wife's fault. We will never go back.

It still amazes me that people put up with waiting and dealing with places like cvs and Walmart for their prescriptions. Carl’s is the only place I will ever use for mine. 15 minute wait times tops on almost all prescriptions. Family friendly atmosphere with caring staff and the costs are all comparative to ever other place. Phone in your refil and actually have it ready when they tell you so why deal with a place that lies to you. Give this place a try. I’m sure they will even go out of their way to transfer everything and set you up.

Front staff is great! Out of drugs quite often, which means just "another" trip. Keep an eye on quantity of pills actually provided. When drugs are missing - who ends up with the surplus - hmm???????
