Refused to fill a prescription - because I don't normally take prescription drugs from them! ...and I've been a customer there for ten years! Funny they've always been friendly when I was purchasing their overpriced non-prescription drugs and supplies. Imagine... the one time in ten years you ask your pharmacy to help you, when you need a prescription filled as an emergency, they won't. There is a total difference when you walk into Burns versus any other pharmacy in the U.S. Bob and his team are extremely knowledgeable and attentive for every pharmaceutical question and/or need I have. I feel their prices on prescriptions without insurance are incredibly inexpensive and their OTC products are fairly priced to support how convenient they are as a small, local business. I have found some products there that are less expensive than all "chain" drugstores too. Top notch, quality service!
