Had our family physicals today so decided to get a snack at the cafe deli. Had a couple of pastrami sandwiches on nice focaccia bread. Medium sized, lotsa goodies and tasty for 5.75 each plus large hot chocolates with whipped cream. They were very nice and seemed to enjoy making extra special goodies for us.

Wheelchair rating - 3 stars - access is tight but available. Pharmacy is close to other doctors and services, but they tend to have a pretty long line. Make sure you have some time.

There is a reason so many people lice Providencw in Portland,Oregon and it is because they deliver a great product . Our recent visit to this clinic was great ... Not in our backyard per say but the staff was most helpful!

Won't ever use this pharmacy again. I went to fill a prescription that's been on file for 3 years now... I was told it was filled, but when I arrived nothing had been done. I waited 30 minutes only to have them charge me $140 more than it normally costs because they only have the brand name version. I refused to pay that much for a $20 prescription so they took another 30 minutes to give me a portion of the prescription. I wasted an hour just to get 1/6 of it. I then went back a week later (after calling to confirm everything was filled), and was told the prescription wasn't ready since it had been over 14 days since it was originally ordered. I have left work early and wasted so much time for mistakes that they have made. I will avoid this place at all costs in the future!

Worse than the DMV. They have an automated machine to fill prescriptions and therefore never have enough staff. If there are more than two people in line, I skip this pharmacy. I can drive to Safeway/Rite Aid/Fred Meyer and get it filled faster than to wait in their line, then wait for my prescription to be filled. Just now, there were EIGHT people in line and ONE person working the counter. Wait times are WAY too long.

The most unprofessional staff I’ve ever experienced. They were out of the medication I was getting filled and while I was attempting to find a way to get the Rx transferred to another pharmacy, the pharmacist in the back made the comment “yeah I guess I could fill the whole order with my magic wand”. It absolutely ridiculous that they would treat someone this way. If I could give them zero stars I would.

This is the WORST pharmacy ever. I work for Providence and I will not have my prescriptions sent here anymore. After a year of trying to use them I just can't take their mistakes anymore. I have been told things were ready for pick up when they weren't even ordered. I have been told things were ordered and never were. I have been told I would receive a call when something was ready and never contact again. I would pay double to go somewhere else that gets it right. Don't go to this pharmacy if you want your medications on time and ready when you're told they are.....

Every time I fill something here, they give me an estimated wait time that is 2-3 times shorter than the actual. I'm here on a Friday, having left work early to pick up prescriptions on the way home - I was told 20 minutes, and it's been over an hour. Admittedly, I don't have a clue what running a pharmacy entails, and I have no idea the challenges they may face in being able to help people. But it's a pretty awful feeling to sit there and watch 20 people come and go while you wait with no indication that anyone has noticed or cares. To make matters worse, once I decided to just get back in line to inquire about my items, they had been ready and were just sitting on the shelf. There were no apologies, nothing. It's pretty disheartening. I could see they were busy, and I don't think I'm more important than others, but I am a human being and I value my time as much as the next person. I'm also a fellow Providence employee and have wanted to support this pharmacy because we're on the same team, but I won't again. Bummer.

All around convenient, and friendly. This pharmacy is located on the ground level of a 5-story Medical building. I see a number of doctors in this building and get labwork done here as well. The area where the pharmacy is located, has a small snack shop, a type of atrium over the area where the tables and chairs are, and restrooms. The snack shop has soups, custom sandwiches, espresso & fountain drinks, plus the usual refrigerator case fare - microwave burritos, salads, bottled drinks (ALL bottled sodas are diet with nutrasweet - oh so healthy [Not!].) Reasonable prices, and the staff is very nice and watchful for those who need extra help. This shop closes at 4pm. The pharmacy itself is a tiny room, maybe 4ft by 10ft, lined with help windows and over-the-counter drugs. You stand in line at the door to drop off your prescription and you're given a number. At that point I go get a coffee and maybe a snack and sit at the tables. You can see the number display board in the pharmacy window, so I watch for my number to come up. If I'm there after the snack shop closes, there are snack machines with drinks & snacks. The pharmacy itself closes at 6pm. The pharmacy has moments when it gets really, really busy, but the snacks and the pleasant atmosphere of the tables under the atrium make the time pass quickly. Much nicer than just standing in line! Oh, the Providence Medical building has a large parking garage right across a one-way lane from the doors. It is often very crowded, but there is valet parking. (Tips are suggested, but not mandatory.) Overall, I find it restful, drinking my latte reading it watching people, waiting for my Rx, before I have to face the Portland traffic.

I and my partner have used this pharmacy for ~20 years, preferring it to the nearby alternatives at QFC and Fred Meyers. have had at least 100+ transactions there. it's compact; often busy; sometimes can seem slightly disorganized behind the counter/slow turning around a new prescription while you wait—but then, that's generally true of most pharmacies. I dropped 1 star on that basis. I have *never* had a problem with reorders placed via their phone system. when they say an order's ready, it is. I've found the staff courteous and unfailingly helpful.
