Meds are regularly late, cycle is delivered piecemeal. I rarely had any issues with our pharmacy until Omnicare took over. I'm definitely switching pharmacies.

The worst service I have ever seen from a pharmacy. First they don't follow through with the orders you send them. Then They say they will deliver "today" It is 9 pm. Do you think your resident would liked to be woken because of another's ineptitude? Find a pharmacy you can trust. This one isn't it!

Very Bad Service,management doesn't work well with contractor drivers,play to many games treatment with management very very poor,stiffed me in my pay yet waiting for my pay after 2 weeks when talked to manager about my pay yet getting FU_K over.wouldnt recommend this job to nobody unless you enjoyed getting played like a Dam Fool or games with management/staff. Just give you warning person who hired me Quit so need I say more,had my short time Bull with company.keep you updated about my pay next review,trust me Lawyer waiting on outcome as well.

Service with this pharmacy is egregiously bad. Medications not arriving on time, their customer service not knowing where the medications are, sending incorrect dosage or label instructions, not removing old patients from their system when asked to multiple times and continuing to send medications for patients that are no longer in our care, billing us for said mistakes in addition to patient insurance. I could continue on and on. It wasn't just one or two occasional mistakes. It was constant. If you have any choice at all in pharmacy, choosing them would be a mistake.

This place puts all of it customers in danger with their slow service and unskilled staff. Meds dont come. Residents go without medication for days at a time. Call wait time can be a monuium of 30 min to get a different answer than the last time. This place sucks.

I legitimately have to wonder if Omnicare is actually a group of serial killers posing as a pharmacy company. The amount of sheer ineptitude and willful neglect is staggering. Our employees have spent literal hours on the phone trying to get a hold of representatives to get the meds our clients need to survive. We will be told that something is "On its way" for days in a row, only to call again and be told that it hasn't yet been filled. The cycle fills arrive incorrect and incomplete, if they arrive at all. One client received 3x her normal amount of medication (in the wrong amounts) on our last cycle fill, while we received NONE of the other clients' medication for days, causing them to miss important medicine for SEIZURE DISORDERS and DIABETES. Some of the packs were filled to the 30th (Omnicare "doesn't do" 31 day cycles), some to other seemingly arbitrary dates. They apparently use three delivery services, which "cannot be contacted" for ETAs and routinely deliver (the wrong, incomplete meds) at 11:30 pm, despite being told not to do so past 10pm. They won't transfer prescriptions to other pharmacies even if it's an item they don't personally fill. I can't say enough bad things about this company masquerading as a pharmacy. We are switching to Gateway. Stay away from Omnicare if you value your clients' lives.

Worst service ever they never follow thru with their delivery dates nor do they contact you instead you have to call them and discuss any delivery issues and they don’t even apologize for their mistakes instead it’s always excuses etc!!!

The very worst of the bad pharmacies! They do not follow through with deliveries and do not call back. They don’t have certain medications that should be in stock and don’t seem to understand basic medications! Horrible!

They deal with Sun Pharmaceuticals which is mostly supplied by other countries that don't regulate proper mg dosage of meds, they are slower than frozen molasses for sending refills to customers, just overall disappointment.

Worst service ever, medications for other people delivered to other addresses, empty MARS send out to facilities, refills not arriving, phone system not working, just a mess. Do not use their services as they seem not to know what they do.
