Dropped off my script last Tuesday, tried to pick it up today and they couldn't find my prescription. How can you lose 2 pages of paper script?!?!?! There was no explanation and no apologies given. They asked me if I knew what the script was.. No, I do not! I had the confidence in you, the staff, to fill my prescription, not lose it. I just wasted time and gas to pick up medication that wasn't filled because you all lost my script. Now I have to go back to pick it up which could've been avoided had you all not lose my script.

As for Pharmacy's go - They know there stuff. They take the time and explain all your medications and anything to watch out for. Great Customer Service and there fast.
