I have used Storhecker's as my Pharmacy for years. I'm not on an regular medication so I don't visit more than once or twice a year. Every-time I visit the staff takes the time to explain my prescription to me and makes sure I understand what I am taking. I would highly recommend Stohecker's to anyone who want personal attention from their Pharmacist.

I had a great experience here! The best I have ever had with any pharmacy actually. So my doctor said she would call in my antibiotics, and not even 10 minutes after I got off the phone with her, I had someone from Strohecker's calling me to let me know my doctor had called in my prescription, and asked when I would want to have them filled and come to get them. So I walked over (I live a 5 minute walk away) and they were ready for me since they had the meds in stock. When I got to the counter and said my name, the woman immediately knew who I was and there wasn't the usual, "well let me go check if those are ready yet" experience. Everything was a breeze. They were also a lot more warm and friendly than my usual experience with, say, Fred Meyer pharmacy techs. Which are also nice, but that bored kind of nice who seem exhausted.

They've been great with me. Very friendly and personable. They are the only ones that carry Testosterone Enanthate. They no longer compound Testosterone. They are also not licensed yet to send controlled substances to California so be sure to have an alternate address.

I order my medication from NewEra out of state. Their customer service is fantastic and even though I had a shipping issue, they did all that they could to get me my medication as fast as they could. I can’t speak to what their service is like in person as I am multiple states away, but their online service is fantastic.

This is Strohecker's under a new name, but it's the same great compounding pharmacy that specializes in fertility medicine. When national shortages of estradiol hit, New Era had it. They will happily work with you to help you coordinate with your doctor to get prescriptions modified for what is covered by insurance. They even do mail order delivery. This is THE shop to get hormone therapy meds, IMO.

The person who handled my Rx was extremely unprofessional - she couldn't answer the most basic questions and refused to cut pills despite the doctor's specific order to do this. She also wouldn't give me a reason why. She also had zero clue if the products I asked about were available for purchase. Don't waste your time here.

I recently moved from New Mexico where my dad and brother are pharmacists. Therefore I have very high expectations. Tyler and his team exceeded them!!! I recommend this Independent pharmacy to anyone.

Their history with providing quality t shots has been scary. They used to make great until government had issue with their making method. So they moved to new location and made more but at higher price. Just found out today unknown that they no longer makes the t shots. They cannot provide or complete the refill order that's in the file. I would expect the company to provide better communication with their customers and community since their health depends on it!

I rarely need a pharmacy so I can't really compare. But when I went here the person that had to deal with me was extremely helpful and the owner came from the back to make sure I was taken care of. I thought that type of customer service was worth mentioning, hence why I wrote this review!

After spending over three thousand dollars there I only needed 1 more of a prescription for 67 dollars and was charged 25 dollars for shipping and was never told there would be a charge. My other shipment was not charged shipping. I will never have my doctor send my prescription there again. I have never ever been charged for shipping for any medication I have gotten. I know 25 dollars doesnt seem like a lot but when you are paying for ivf you are already in financial stress.

Be very careful. Their price is way much higher than you can imagine. For example, A prenatal DHA is 264.95. I was asked to pay the bill on phone and they didn’t go through each item. Just told me a total number. later I received my medicine with detailed bill. It’s way much higher than other pharmacy. 10+times higher than other pharmacy.

Stro's Pharmacy make good compounded Testosterone Cyprionate, mailed to you a far lower cost than you could buy generic Test Cyp. For TRT users I highly recommend the pharmacy and Strohecker's Store, itself. The Stroheckers, Armon, Martha, Wayne, Wes,, and Keith were childhood friends. They've all passed and so has my childhood...well sorta...Shop at Stroheckers, now owned by Durst's Thriftway..Hello, Jim...you'll never remember me. Stroheckers is the oldest grocery store in Portland. Not at its present location. It was once known as Zion Market, in the 30's..I was born in '45, so I never went to Zion Market

I went in on a Monday. No customers there but 4 people behind the counter. I asked a few questions, got terse answers from all but one. One guy was nice the rest acted like I interrupted them. Doing what? There were no customers. I spent money there but will never again. This is a new business who should be begging customers to come in not chasing them away.
