They were nice and fast. But my prescription cost more than double the price of ohsu compounding pharmacy. I was in need and unable to get to ohsu in time so I paid it. But I won’t probably be returning due to the high cost.

Exceptional relationship for clients at Lloyd Center Pharmacy. I have to purchase for a specific fix around town that is the reason I was filtering for an awe inspiring Lloyd Center Pharmacy neighboring. Basic thing I discovered Lloyd Center Pharmacy. Lloyd Center Pharmacy was noteworthy. The association was shocking. They truly obliged me like they truly care for their clients. The exchange was quick. I didn't got exhausted paying uncommon character to the line. The staffs were uncommon. They were sharp and obliging. They really drew closer and helped me pleasingly. The work environment was not very unpleasant and immaculate. As anybody may expect for a Lloyd Center Pharmacy. As I watched, they have all the drug required by their clients. Awe-inspiring tackle that. I am giving 5 stars to Lloyd Center Pharmacy. Amazing connection.

Tried to transfer my prescription From an old pharmacy that was shutting down to these guys first they couldn’t figure out how to make the medicine up like the old pharmacy did and they said they could make their medicine up like the old pharmacy did then they went back on their word then after talking to everybody in the office including the pharmacist he finally told me that he can make the medicine up but it would have to be made up in almond oil which I said was not acceptable he told me that the other pharmacy did not know what they were doing when they were making the medicine up yada yada yada finally had the old pharmacy call them and explain to them how they made the medicine up and when I called them back they told me that they did not want to make the medicine for me because of how I acted. The reality of the situation as these were the people that were totally out of line telling me that the old pharmacy was making up my prescription wrong and that they shut down because of all the new regulations in place when the reality of the situation as the old pharmacy shut down because he had to care for his adult daughter who is disabled there’s nothing to do with these people or the new regulations I would be gladly still going to the old pharmacy if it was still around These people are the most rude unprofessional group that I have dealt with people in the office insinuated that the old pharmacy shut down because of all these new rules that they referred to when they referenced on how they could not make the medicine and had to charge me double with the other pharmacy did Do not go to these guys. Find anywhere else anywhere

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! My wife called to get a compound prescription filled and they filled the wrong dosage. When we called to get it sorted out, they refused to refund us AND charged us half price to make the correct one. The second "half price" charge happened without them ever receiving permission from us to charge us for the second, corrected prescription. The "owner" refused to ever talk to us and refused to admit their mistake in any way. Somehow the Pharmacist thought a half price prescription was generous of them. Seriously? You screwed up and thought we should be happy that you charged us again, without our permission?

Great privately owned pharmacy close to downtown that is clean, well designed and open. They have cute gifts here and a great selection of over-the-counter products - including hard to find Standard Process supplements!

Noon of the day before an overseas trip, my doctor prescribed a medicine that required compounding. LCP put a rush on the order, telling me it would be ready at 5:00. Amanda gave me a consult, explaining its administration and purpose. When I discovered that it was only for pain and did not contain a healing ingredient, I asked her if she had a suggestion to speed recovery. In deed, she offered 2 options that she had added to others, but could not add without my doc’s order. I got my doc on the line, the 2 of them discussed the options AND Amanda reformulated the med providing it to me in 15 minutes. Her service is extraordinary: technical advice and patient service. Amazing!

Great customer service. This place is fantastic. The staff is great about answering questions and making sure the order is right. They also go the extra mile. My medication was stolen from my mailbox around Christmas and they helped me find a way to get my medication ASAP and without having issues with my insurance. Special thank you to Chelsea at the pharmacy for her help. Also, for someone with celiac disease, it was great to hear that they don't use gluten in any of the medicines they make. Parking at the new location is easy.

Do not use this pharmacy! They failed to ask if there was an address change and sent my script to the wrong address. I never received it and when I called to tell them they charged me again and refused to give me a receipt for the script sitting somewhere that I paid for. Horrible horrible, customer service. The pharmacist himself refused to make anything right and hung up on me. Do NOT use this pharmacy! There are other compounding pharmacies around.

Staff called me over the phone to discuss my compound medication, any allergies I had, and how to best formulate my medication to fit my needs. Staff was super friendly, personable, I've never had a conversation that comfortable over the phone with a pharmacy before where the staff actually sounded genuinely interested in creating the best medication for me that will fit my needs. They also went out of their way to make sure that I was getting the most cost effective option since my particular medication isn't cheap. This was all on my first time speaking with anyone at this pharmacy. I'm really looking forward to working with them and getting my medication from them in the near future.

They went out of their way to get my prescription transfered and filled urgently. Kept me on hold for 25 minutes so that they could figure out how to switch my prescription to a different pharmacy that could actually satisfy my doctor’s request. I shouldn’t have to work this hard for my medication and though in the past I have had good experiences, this time I got the distinct impression that they were screening my calls. What a waste of my time!

The staff are super friendly and the wait is usually very short. I call ahead for my prescription and they always have it available on time for me to take to my doctor visits. Location is convenient and the parking lot is a bonus! They also sell a number of cute novelty items like greetings cards as well as a good selection of natural beauty products.

This is not the pharmacy it used to be! I used to be a very loyal customer of Pacific Compounds Pharmacy, for years I used them. I use to tell anyone who would listen how amazing they are and how they really care about their patients. The pharmacist Lincoln is such a knowledgeable and nice guy, and the girls on the phone, especially Jannel and Beth, were always so helpful and friendly. But now they have closed and everything is different. The staff I love is no longer working for this new pharmacy, or as they call it, their sister pharmacy. The prices are different. When I called before to get a price quote from Lloyd Center Pharmacy in the past their prices were way higher than Pacific Compounds which is why even though I live close to them I’ve always gotten my prescriptions in Hillsboro (where I work). Now I’m quoted a price a little higher than Pacific but not as high as I was quoted before, this makes me wonder how long before I’m forced to pay more?... They say they have the same people working for them but when I picked up a prescription at the end of August none of the 5 employees I spoke with including Lincoln seemed to be going to the new location. It seems to me that most, if not all of the staff from Pacific Compounds were a little upset when I went in that last time. It makes me sad to think that the employees probably lost their jobs. When you call for a refill it sounds like a call center answers, you can hear lots of chatter and it’s a different person every time. That’s probably why their processing time is longer than the old pharmacy too. I will be looking for another pharmacy, I don’t care for the new pharmacy it’s just not the same.

This is how pharmacy should be - and how they are in other countries. A pleasure to come in. Focused on drugs and supplements. Great place for compounded prescriptions. For an additional fee they send you your refills. Very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable staff - they patiently worked with me through all kinds of insurance glitches. So glad to have them in Portland!

They are very hard to reach via phone. They sell the products I use but they don't always have them in stock. They advised me to call ahead before making the trip over (I live about 30-45 minutes away) to be sure they have what I need in stock but it takes 10-15 minutes every time I try and call over there. I've tried calling on different days and at different times of the day. The hold music is terrible. If I didn't really like the products they sell I would not jump through these hoops to use Lloyd Center Pharmacy. The 3 stars is for carrying Standard Process products.
