I hate this place so much if I could I would shut this place down. The service there sucks, the workers and rude, and the stuff the sell I’d so overpriced. I want to either have this place shut down or fire the rude workers that think they can tell their customers whatever they want. If you want people to come back to keep it in business you better listen to the customer. I was hoping there was an option the rate this place zero stars but since there is not I must do one. You see I used to like this place but now I’d rather drive to bend or baker to buy anything then go to lens drug EVER again. Please take notes workers, you work in a public place there will be mistakes with customers but this is not your house, even if you own it your letting people go in it and buy things so respect them. I will try my hardest to hopefully get the worker out of there so this experience never happens to anybody else, because I don’t want to do this but she was so rude and disrespectful to me that I just had to and for that I’m not sorry for this review and I will never be. I will never ever be going into lens drug and neither will be my friends, family and hopefully everyone that reads this.

Our cat has severe arthritis and needs a special pain medicine we can only get from a compounding pharmacy. We're traveling and needed her prescription refilled and were trying to figure out how to get that done. We discovered Len's Drug when we were camping nearby. The staff bent over backwards to coordinate with our vet and get the prescription refilled for us before we were to move on. The service and caring were great. I see 3 hugely negative reviews from two months ago and am certain they were from the same disgruntled person. Ignore those reviews. This is a great business.

We were visiting John Day and I'd forgot my syringes for my insulin. They were VERY helpful to get me what I needed. ThanX a bunch!

We went to return a mat floaty and 2 inner tubes because they were both 1 foot shorter than they say they are, and the manger said they wouldn't expect the return because the package had been opened she said "Well I can't resell this" we said you can just ship it back to the company you got it from she said "I can't send back to China"

The pharmacy works great! The store employees seem brain dead and they never change their clothes and they look dirty, unshaven, and , sweat stained! This is 2019 not 1919!!!!!!! The pharmacy employees seem to be aware!

i hate this place and by the way i one question for you..... why was their a rat trap inside the tampon box? i mean the rat the trap did it’s job because their was a rat also in the the box so i feel after this situation and not getting a refund i shall burn thou place downth friend me on facebook and you can help me burn it down to. also subscribe to pewdiepie.
