I was approached within a couple of minutes of entering the Grants Pass Pharmacy, and pleasantly surprised at the quick service. "May I help you?" WOW! Really friendly service. And the ladies there are very knowledgeable. This pharmacy is fully stocked with every medical supply imaginable. Thank You Grants Pass Pharmacy for helping me pick the correct items I needed for my dad.

I needed to re-order a Thyroid compound for my sick cat. I had no idea how long it usually takes to get it done. It is stressful to have a suffering animal and put the animal into more stress without medication is not a good thing. ALL THE TEAM MEMBERS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE THE MEDICATION WILL BE READY WITHOUT ANY DELAY. Thank you so much!

Homey atmosphere, family owned, free cup of coffee while waiting on your prescription, and plenty of cute trinkets to look at. Nice place!

Grants Pass Pharmacy is a cute place to take your kids for ice cream, hotdog, or phosphate. I have not personally used their pharmacy but have heard good things about it. It's a fun tradition with our daughter to go get a phosphate for a quarter and will continue doing so.

I called in regards to get a print out of my prescriptions . I told them I would be in town next to pick it up. They said ok. Went next day to pick up print out but noboday could find it. At that time I took in a print out from another drug store to show them exactly what I needed. Again I gave them another day to do it. What they gave me was nothing I mean nothing like I told them I could not use what looked like a child did. I live in a really small town and they could do the print out for me with no problem. So I wonder what there problem is in Grant's Pass? I use them only for compound cream. No other place I know of in Grant's Pass does this. I have been told before when I have called or them me that my cream was ready. Drove 30 miles to get it and they can find it. I really think they should get people that know what they r doing. I gave them a one because there is not a zero.

It's a pharmacy, with the quirk that it also hosts the historic soda fountain. You can grab a sundae or an old fashioned phosphate soda along with your aspirins.

Phosphates for 50 cents is the BEST!

The single most humiliating experience in a professional setting EVER! Went in to pick up a prescription for an item of a very personal nature. The woman that handles that particular range of items was out sick; apparently no one else was able to help me, something they figured out only after five little old ladies discussed my prescription AT VOLUME. Would not return if this was the only pharmacy in Oregon.

Wow.....it took 35 minutes to make 5 sandwiches. And they didn't even come out at the same time. By the time the last 2 sandwiches arrived to us, the rest of us had already finished ours. VERY frustrating as I have small kids who didn't understand why they're 1/2 a ham and cheese sandwich wasn't here yet. And frankly, I don't know ow why it took so long either.

I visited Grants Pass Pharmacy to get some medications for pre-surgery trials and the sales woman told me they had a surgery kit I would need for my hospital stay. I purchased the bag of items and I noticed the sales woman writing on the receipt in 2 separate places that the items were not returnable. I thought this a rather odd business procedure but since I never return anything to a store I just paid and left. When I returned home and unpacked the plastic bag it contained 5 large bandages to cover a knee, 4 smaller bandages and a 4" ace bandage. I was rather surprised that I had paid $34.95 for this small amount of medical supplies. I went online and priced all the exact items at 5-7 different stores and found that the total cost of the items was $19.11. Boy, that was a huge difference, not just a few dollars! I contacted the owner and she informed me that since they had to open the boxes to sell the individual bandages and that no one else in Grants Pass sold these bandages that was why they were so expensive, and then she hung up on me. I suggest you be careful when shopping at Grants Pass Pharmacy if money, or customer service is an issue. A $20 medical package sold for $35.00 is way overpriced. I have never felt cheated doing business with anyone before this, but I have to say this felt a little dishonest and a local small town business that I went out of my way to support! Shelley

Even though the phosphates went up in price, mind you they are 50 cents, still a great place to have a drink in town.

Pamela Kruse-Buckingham

Loved it! We stopped in on a recent road trip for lunch. We ordered sandwiches and sodas and ate them at the historic counter. Wonderful!

The older lady there hates children. Dont bring your child there for aan ice cream if you dont want the miserable lady to make them feel uncomfortable. This lady doesn't belong around children. Dont sell toys If you cant stand kids!!!!!!!!!!!
