What a shame we lost Rich and Kim in this pharmacy. They sold the business. The new managemet is horrible. Kim and Rich always went out of their way to help. These people are very unwilling to help out. I asked for an Rx refill, that they say needs 3 days to make, I asked at 9:00am on a Tues if it could possibly be ready on Thursday late day and was told in a very rude tone NO! So now on a Friday about 1:00 pm I call to see if my Rx is ready and am told not until after 4:00. I live an hour from this place and work 15 mins away. Needless to say an extra two hours added to my drive today. When Rich was compounding he went above and beyond on my first visit to make my compounded med in 30mins and then his sweet wife brought it out to my car, so I wouldn't have to get my sick grand daughter back out of the car. What a shame this place is going downhill quick. I miss Rich and Kim. I will be looking for a new pharmacy, as have several patients that see the same Dr. Word gets around I know of 4 other people that have moved their meds to other pharmacies already. So now I show up at 4:15 and some idiot says its only 3:30 so your getting it early I don't know what your upset about. I proceed to tell him that they obviously don't care about their customers or the fact that people are asking for their Rxs to be sent to soften pharmacies, and he rolls his streets and said YES we do we are busy. Well I will let everyone know what horrible customer service they have here. Don't go here if you have a choice I am looking for a new compounding pharmacy.

Mary is an excellent pharmacist who takes care of her patients. They carefully fill prescriptions and make sure patients are aware of drug interactions and instructions. They're very personal, and will help you figure out the best way to take your meds and the cheapest way to get them. I love this pharmacy and have recommended it to family members.

Nice having a compounding pharmacy close. It’s not always convenient to pick up prescriptions so this pharmacy said they can mail them out and it came the next day! So convenient. I also was concerned about gluten in my thyroid medicine and the pharmacist checked into it and called me back to confirmed it did not. Great service!

Hooray for independent pharmacies with pharmacists who care! The pharmacist took great care to explain to me my physicians recommendations. On another occasion the pharmacist went out of her way to help my husband with insurance issues related to his medication pick-up. Great Service!

They are privately owned, they "know" their regular patients. They work with patients for best outcomes. Additionally their quality control is higher than average. There is also a nice barista run cafe, that carries local Fresh bagels, sandwiches, and other healthy treats at average price

Desperate to find an alternative to the nightmare that is retail pharmacies, I began calling around to find somewhere new. Miranda at Gateway answered and was super helpful, patient, and professional with all my questions. She checked to see that my meds were in stock and put my mind at ease about starting over at a new pharmacy. Some of you may not even care much how great your pharmacy is but if you have meds that you frequently pick up with hard copy rxes, or have any special needs, or just want to be treated like a human being instead of a number and an annoyance, come to Gateway Medical Pharmacy in the Oregon Clinic building. The whole crew is rad. I'm so relieved to have this integral piece of my medical care figured out. When you have a million delays and get to the pharmacy 15 minutes before they close but they still fill all your meds, and the pharmacist takes the time to patiently answer your questions, that is a rare find. 5 stars and a <3

Recently I was in a bit of a bind during a recent work trip. I forgot my medication at home and needed to find somewhere to help me out. I quickly hopped on google and found this pharmacy and the owners were very assisting on what I needed. They were very outgoing and friendly! I would recommend this place to anyone!
