Really great pharmacy. Usually I get my medicine and supplies a day or two after I order.

So far I am LOVING this place! Well more accurately the people, since I've never actually been there. They have been friendly, helpful, & very responsive to ingredient concerns plus they have been doing all the work with the Dr's & insurance company so I don't have to (YEAH!). Plus they have a program to help with the cost for Rx's! $50+ for 1 Rx copay is a bit much & they thought so too, so they kindly lowered the price. WTH?! Yep you read that right. They ran the cost of the Rx & said WHOA that's high! How about you pay less? So far BIG FAN!

Madeline Kane

Ridiculous wait time to receive a local shipment.

Kirsten Pontarelli

Super friendly, local to me, much better prices than other compounding pharmacies in the area. Happy customer!

Veronic Gibson

When I did not renew a prescription, they sent it and charged my credit card without my consent. BE CAREFUL!

If you use their service by mail, get ready to channel your inner babysitter. I have used this pharmacy for years, but over the last year or so, the service is unbelievably slow. Every. Single. Time. I requested a refill two weeks ago. Ten days ago, they called me to clarify a small point, so I know they received my request. I still have not received my refill. I called today, and what do you know, I got the same response I get every time: "It's going out today!" Don't use this pharmacy unless you really don't need your meds.

I've gotten a medication through Community Compounding for the past three years. I've had consistent issues with them taking an exceptionally long time to mail my prescription (I agree with the reviewer who estimated 8-10 days--I've developed a habit of calling to refill a solid 2 weeks ahead), and mailing it to the wrong address. I'd say they mail my prescription to the right place within a week about 70% of the time. Decent, but a lot of room for improvement.

When I switched my doctor, my pharmacy got switched too because this is the place my new doctor uses. They are super slow in mailing medication. I usually call in for a refill 7-10 days before I run out of my med. I forgot one time and called them 4 days before I ran out of my med. I asked them to express mail and charge my card. The next day, they still hadn't sent out my med but assured me that they'd send it out asap. It's been 5 days since I called and I still haven't received anything. I will be asking my doctor to send my prescription to key compounding pharmacy in federal way. They are so much faster, more professional, and I can request a refill online.

I have had a good experience with pharmacy. The medicine has been very helpful . I have used bio identical hormonal therapy . It has helped me a lot . They are on the slow side , they get orders out in about 3-4 days and then they get mailed at a charge to you . They also charge the credit card that they keep on file , so if things have changed since the last order you have to update that . If you call you have to leave a message I've never had anyone just pick up the phone and take my request . It's the area of little customer service on the front side more emails and computers on the flip side .

Couldn't be happier. I wish all pharmacies were like this. It has a very traditional feel.

Haved used this pharmacy for several years without any issues or delays. In fact, they’ve gone out of the way to ensure timely receipt (pick-up and mail) of Rx. Had insurance payment issues and the staff worked diligently to resolve, thus avoiding a costly out-of -pocket expense for me.

I found after months of unexplained allergic reactions that this pharmacy were using acidophilus cultured in milk as filler in my meds, despite having a milk allergy on file and without ever notifying me or listing this ingredient on packaging. I only thought to ask about it because a milk-allergic friend who had also filled meds here found out that this what they were doing with his. The person I spoke to didn’t seem to recognize that this practice is an issue and liability. Also, over the course of the year I’ve been filling meds here, the communication and turnaround time got dramatically worse. It ended up consistently taking a minimum of a week and a half to receive Rx’s. The last time I filled here, I checked in because I hadn’t received meds I’d called in two weeks prior, & though they confirmed that they had received my order, the meds weren’t even compounded. I switched to Lloyd Central and the communication is so good, turnaround so fast, and the compounded cream absorbs far better.

Tracey Fucile

Extremely slow at refilling prescriptions and poor communication with me and it seems among their employees as well. Too many mishaps to list. I’m looking for a new compounding pharmacy.

Suzanne the owner is very nice and gives great customer service, only she does not do the Compounding there. You don't always get the prescribed manufacturer requested on the doctor's prescription. The pharmacists tend to bark at you if you question the source, barking loudly back at you "no, you can't always get what you want" and even shaking as if, filled with caffeine. Beware, if you ask questions, the head dogs get upset. And they don't always give correct information, that's the sad part.
