I have had complicated insurance issues which they have spent a great deal of time and energy sorting out, which they did not have to do. That aside, everyone I have spoken with at Arron Health has been friendly, kind, understanding and helpful. Nice!

My son developed a medical condition this year, and they have gone above and beyond to help me stay on top of his medication. They are also extremely fast at getting his medicine to us, since we live 5 hours away. They have helped us navigate insurance and they always answer any questions I have.

Customer has no important here. I have an RX for a very expensive special medication that need to be kept refrigerated at all time. I have dealt with other specialty drug programs prior. they would Fedex ground overnight get to the destination by 12 noon the next day. Worked well for me, signed for the package Sat morning and life goes on. Ardon Health said They can not make FedEx follow their promised of "get there by noon the next day" therefor they can not mail the med on Friday. I have to take time of work to go pick up med during work day before the ice in the cooler melted. Hope my insurance dump this service very soon. Still don't understand their logic from the mouth of their pharmacist? BTW. Med travel from Portland OR to Seattle WA.
