This is an excellent Pharmacy, and the prices are lower than you will find at most places. The service is excellent, and there is a wide selection of over the counter drugs to purchase as well.

They are terrible. Once you get home with your meds, even if they send you with the wrong script, you can't exchange or refund. They are super rude and unhelpful. They "misplace" the insurance info and discount card info all the time, then won't take them over fax or email so that u don't have to come in then wait another 20 minutes while they redo everything. And sometimes after you pay and leave (at their own counter no less), u get letters in the mail saying you left without paying and you have to come back in with your receipt and prove you aren't a thief. They are ridiculous. If other pharmacies weren't so much higher I'd go somewhere else, but with 10-12 scripts, can't afford to.

Went to fill rx. Waited 2 hours in the store only to be told the pharmacist refused to fill my script because he wanted to speak with my doctor. My script is perfectly legal. This is a Friday night, by refusing to fill it for this reason the pharmacist is pulling vs card. My insurance approved the script. If he had any questions why didn't he call the insurance first to verify that I have been on this medication long term instead of out right refusing to fill it on a Friday night claiming he wants to speak to my Dr who he knows damn well will not be available for consult until Monday. Thus leaving me unable to have it filled here for 3 days. I guess DO NO HARM is not in his oath. So much for continuing to become a rx patient at Walmart Pharmacy. I will have to either continue ar overpriced Walgreens or find a pharmacy that has a pharmacist that is willing to to think outside the box and do his job and put the patient's medical needs first and not judge them based on the script being filled.

This place is terrible, with the rudest people ever. I have tried for several months in a row to give them a chance, but it doesn’t get any better. No one ever wants to help you.

MAYO HELLP

Waits can be long sometimes, but then again it is a pharmacy! The older pharmacists here are nice. My only issue was with the technician Evan, he needs to work on his people's skills. Everyone else usually knows what they are doing and are friendly.

The drive through is convenient but usually only one stall open. I have one prescription that I see my dr every month for a refill. Sometimes it takes weeks to get it filled here. One month I was going back to my dr and still waiting for last months prescription to get filled.

Worst pharmacy on earth that have been sold out of my insulin for over a week and don't care that I can a stroke any minute if I don't get it. They said they would have it in today and constantly kept telling me it would 20 minutes to fill after the pharmacist approved it. Which he did not approve it til after they closed

Don't believe everything you read. After reading some of the negative reviews I am even more convinced they are invalid garbage written by hacks who have nothing better to do. Our experience with the folks at this pharmacy has been exceptional. The staff are personable and go out of their way to help folks. Bill is the kind of neighborhood pharmacist I knew growing up. Great Value - Literally. Great People.

For 3 months in a row I specifically tell the guy name brand and every time he orders generic. So I have to wait 3 more days for my son's medicine.

Worst customer service you are about to experience. Went there and was told off by the older Hispanic lady (Maria) that they don’t have my prescription at all. I had to play the voicemail I received from them saying it was ready and she rudely says “we don’t have a Kevin, that’s not us”. Even though it was their number and their address. After speaking to another nice lady she confirmed they have my script and filled it for me in 10 mins. All what I am saying is pharmacist should train his workers on good customer service. Truth to be told the rest of the team is always professional, except for Maria. She needs to find her a job with less customer interactions.
