Oh my! What a pleasant experience! Friendly, welcoming, luxurious. Excellent, personable, professional nurses (the main one did a superb job with my IV, and a second one came in just to check and make sure all was done correctly, what a great idea!). They offered drinks, snacks, Netflix, cable, a comfy chair with a foot rest that come up, a blanket, a pillow under my arm, remote controls and a call button if I needed anything. There was also a comfy chair with hassock for my friend who came with me. In a private room with door! Wow! And LifeSavers to pick up on my way out. Would be very pleased to get any of my future IV needs taken care of here. Thank you, OptionOne.
