I just called regarding a billing question at integrity pharmacy. The girl i spoke to was so incredibly rude. She told me i paid a bill that i know i didn't because they specifically said they would mail me a bill, which i didn't receive. Not that she checked she just assumed that i paid when i was there. That was 4 months ago. Anyway, perhaps the bosses should speak to the staff about not being complete ass hole to customer for no reason at all. I feel i am nice to everyone so it REALLY makes me angry when people speak down to others or try to make them feel dumb, which is exactly how she handles customers apparently.
