Here was my experience at this particular pharmacy. -I had to have my meds compounded in a certain formula. I called to have this done, only to be told you need a doctor prescription. I fulfilled this request a few times and yet somehow the pharmacy didn't get it. -I called back the girl answering the phone, and she tells me hold on I'll get you over to the pharmacist, then quickly hangs up on me. I call back, thinking it's a mistake. She kinda laughs like she's surprised I called back, with me being absolutely confused. Keep in mind we had been polite the whole time. She finally gets me over to the other pharmacist and by the time the meds are compounded, I'm in short supply of them until the next week. -We picked 'em up, but the meds didn't do much for me and I began to suffer pretty bad symptoms again. Emailed my doc and he said the amount was wrong, although I know they compounded on short notice, but they didn't work. -Saturday, nobody called that my next batch of meds was ready, or texted me like before and they closed mega early. Then Monday rolls around, and nobody still contacted me about the meds being ready, so I went to another pharmacy. -When I had it compounded at a "professional" and knowledgeable pharmacy, they told me it may have been too slow acting and I got the larger dose compounded and the meds immediately took effect. That's kinda when I knew things were crap at Flourish. Several points: 1. Avoid a pharmacy where the giggling front desk people hang up on you especially when you need life saving meds--because it's my health, not a social networking feed. 2. Help the customer. All I did was call the other pharmacy to contact the doctor or hospital and it was done, easy as pie. I wasn't treated like I was an idiot for seeking the other pharmacy's business like I was here. In conclusion: Save your time and go somewhere else that takes something like your freakin' medication seriously, because it's BAD when your doc said the medication was done wrong.

I have been going to this pharmacy since I left innovative pharmacy a year ago. Always had a great experience, friendly, helpful and well stocked. The only thing they do not carry is the 3/6/9 omega vitamins with lime flavor.

Very dissatisfied with the pill bottles. They are not child proof .I keep my medication in a bag and they always pop open and my medication spills out all over the bag. The prices are high on meds not covered by insurance. My antibiotic was 25.00 higher here then Wal Mart . Just disappointed .

I spoke with a tech named Ashley today three times. They never notified me that my prescription was ready until almost closing time via text message. She told me that they normally call the patient once they receive the order to verify that the patient wants the prescription, no one contacted me in regards to anything today. This is a prescription that I take for a autoimmune disease. When I called Ashley back for the third time to check on the status of my prescription, I told her I would be there right at closing and to please wait on me. I have been out of my medication for several days and I am currently in a flare. My medication has to be compounded. I pulled in right at 6:02pm. Doors are locked and employees are pulling out of the drive. I will never fill a prescription here again. I will be notifying my physician of this pharmacy’s lack of professionalism and empathy. It is pretty sad that my Sam’s Club pharmacy (corporate) would wait on me hands down if need be but a local pharmacy could care less. Disgraceful.

The filling of my prescriptions wasn't a long wait, but waiting to be counseled by the pharmacist took forever. I almost just got my meds and walked out because the pharmacist was taking so long. Also for a pharmacy not corporate owned I would think they would be more attentive to their customers. They don't take major insurances, so I'm not sure why one would come here besides for compounding.

These guys provided amazing service during a very frustrating time for me sorting out insurance and new prescriptions. They do have some higher prices, but if you are looking for a pharmacy who will be looking out for you, paying attention and providing good service, they are the ones to go to. I regret, but understand, that their open hours are limited.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The first nationally accredited compounding pharmacy in the state, they are focused on quality, not quantity, and getting it right. Compounding means a special medication made specifically for you at the direction of your physician. Sometimes this takes a little longer, but it's worth it when you need it! Flourish also carries a lot of "regular" meds and accepts a lot of insurances.

I had so much trouble trying to find my medication. The staff was incredibly helpful explaining the details to me. They took over the process and made the experience as pleasant as possible! They got me taken care of extremely quickly and the pharmacist answered all of the questions I had. I strongly recommend Flourish for all of your prescription needs.

This was the only compounding pharmacy that was willing to help me with my prescription that was just newly FDA approved. All of the other pharmacies turned me down, due to not understanding the medication that was written. they truly went above and beyond to help me out and I just want to say thank you to everyone that works there...

I've had to call up there at least five times to get my auto refills fixed. Every time they say we now have it setup. The next month rolls around and I have to call again because it wasn't setup right. No apology. Very frustrating! I'm trusting them to fill my prescriptions but they can't get the auto refills right. If it happens again, I'm changing to another pharmacy.
