Terrible service. The 1st time I had my families RX's transferred to Fruth they gave my 15 year old daughter my mothers cancer medication/pain pills by "mistake". I call at 10am today to get 5 refills. I tell them i'll be there in an hour. Three hours later I arrive. Refills still are not ready. I am told to come back in 2 hours. I ask to have them delivered. They did not inform me I had a once a year co pay due. When driver showed up 4 hours later, he will not give me "any" of my medication because I do not have the co pay. I was told they will not bring the blood thinner back. The driver went home. It was past his clock out time. I hope I do not die from a blood clot.

I waited all day yesterday for my prescriptions too be filled every time i called to see if they was ready i got it'll be two more hours lo and behold i waited all day and when my mother went to pick it up she was ignored in the drive thru so she went inside the store and was also ignored inside of the store so she left and told me she wasn't going back for me to have my prescription delivered to the house. Also there was another woman waiting on a prescription she waited from two pm till 7pm so idk if she got her meds either. So today is the next day and my meds was supposed to be delivered today between 1:30 & 5:30 pm guess what nobody showed up or called me! I'm still waiting on my anxiety, bipolar and schizophrenic medication. I'm really upset and feed up!

I have been using Fruth pharmacy for my grandsons ADHD medications for the last few months. Until today when i was informed by the pharmacists that the medication that should have been Foclin was replaced with a cholesterol medication in September. The excuse i was given was that the two bottles set close to one another. therefore, it is apparent that no one is watching the medications that are being given to children. My grandson has multiple healthy issues, and when you replace a medication like Foclin with a cholesterol medication by accident, there is no excuse for this mess up. What type of pharmacy makes such an extensive medication error? and their response was "We are sorry"

On three (3) different occasions now they did not have our prescription ready before they closed for the day!! Two (2) of which were called in when they opened that morning. Yesterday's was called in at about 3:15pm and we sat and waited until they closed at 9:00pm where they told us to come back in the morning when they open. NEVER allow your meds to be on the last dose (last day) before you call them in at ANY Fruth pharmacy or you will have to do without your medicine!! I'm so furious that this has happened to us more than once, more than twice that I'm going to report them to the BBB and the Medical board. Just like I did a local Dr (who was shut down less than 3 months later) I'm NOT the one!!! Don't recommend Fruth for anything but especially medicine!!
