It's unbelievable how promptly we get his medications every month. He is now able to manage his own medications and understands when and how to keep up with them... one less worry for parents in this situation I cannot thank Exactcare enough!!!

Exactly only cares about money. Can't even get my families meds on time. We'll be switching back to our local pharmacy who can blister meds as well. No one cares here. Even the owner who replies here just copy and pastes a generic message. Everyone stay away!

The three star review is generous. My last shipment was the First time they got my dose timing right. I was like, yes maybe this will work out! Here I sit on Thansksgiving morning. Out of meds. No idea where my shipment is. Transportation is difficult for me, but I may be going back to the local pharmacy

You tell them to not send something and they send it anyway. Customer service is very poor! You have a care consultant assigned to you and mine is the rudest person. The convenience of home delivery is great as I am disabled...but that's where it ends. I am on the extra help program with my insurance, which means that 3 months of the year I pay nothing for my scripts. Never has Exact Care not charged me full price for all my meds. I no longer am with them.

Not sure how google has this pharmacy rated 4.1 stars...Glass door rating is more acurate at 2 stars....I'd rate ZERO stars if possible....Pharmacy is AWFUL - sending medications when not requested. Holding medications due to billing.....but they haven't sent the bill yet. Credits for returned meds not credited quickly. Worst pharmacy that I have had to deal with....:(

My wife and i never get our meds on time its always days later and when i call they just tell us that its on its way just to stop us from calling wbf asking and then they had a misprint on her medicine telling her to takr her meds more times then recommended by our doctor i will say if it were still easy for me to get around like i used to i wouldn't be using them

Signed up a few weeks ago for this pharmacy as part of a medicine management program. Haven't received yet. Came on line to read reviews. Totally not acceptable when I read one reader waiting two weeks. At least locally I can go and obtain necessary pill(s) until "insurance approval" which is a term for not being up on their job. If not received by this morning, canceling this immediately.

I thought I would like having my meds done for me vs filli g weekly boxes BUT they tell you they will ship for next day delivery and they lied. Scripts were supposed to be filled on Friday and they assured me they were going to ship that day for Sat. I did not receive on Sat. Called them on Monday and was told they were filled on Friday and response was when I called them was they were being shipped for me to receive on Tuesday meanwhile, I would have to do without meds. These are 2 meds they could not put in med packs because of the do not fill until date. I had to call my doctor and get them to call and cancel shipment so I would not run out. Thank God I had enough medicine to get me thru til afternoon dose which is last I have. At this point I'd rather go back to doing those weekly boxes and to go back to my dependable pharmacist who knows me and my meds. These people act like they could care less about their customers which are paying their paychecks. I give them 0 in serving their customers. Told them I was thinking about going back to my old pharmacist and she just said OK. So that tells me they DO NOT GIVE A YOU KNOW WHAT. Customer service with these folks trying to deal with them over phone is NOT worth giving them my business. They also do not respond to contacting them thru their app.

My Friend was a long time patient with ExactCare. As of this year it has totally gone down hill!! They do not care that their patients/clients do not get their meds. on time. (sent to there door, like they say they do). Twice my friend did not get them sent to her on time! The first time they did not send them she ended up in the hospital because of it! This last time I got so angry I called and said it was totally Unacceptable and they had to do something about it! The only way I could get her meds. to her when she needed them was to transfer her drugs to another Pharmacy!! THEY DO NOT CARE LIKE THEY SAY THEY DO AND THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! TO TOP IT ALL OFF, THEY MUST HAVE BEEN ANGRY AT HER ABOUT HER MOVING HER MEDS. SOMEWHERE ELSE. BECAUSE, THEY SENT THE PHARMACY THAT SHE MOVED HER MEDS. TO A STACK OF PAPERS OF ALL THE DRUGS THAT SHE HAD BEEN ON FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS!!! NON OF THEM HAD THAT SHE HAD STOPPED TAKING THEM AND THE PHARMACY TOOK AN HOUR WITH MY FRIEND TRYING TO SORT ALL OF IT OUT!!!! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONE OR EVEN YOURSELF DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!! YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONE MIGHT JUST END UP IN THE HOSPITAL OR WORSE!!! THIS PHARMACY IS JUST AWFUL!!! Everything seemed fine until 2/15/19 when I found out I was out of my one insulin.I called at 8:50A.M. on friday and received no reply.I called my PCP on Monday to get from my local pharmacy. I called again on Tuesday morning and did not hear back till 1:30 P M. I was without my insulin for 5 days. The person I talked to didn't seem to care. She tried to say I owed more than I did even after I questioned her. She discovered they had billed me for March. They were suppose to remove. On my final bill they still charged me. The last thing she said in a snide voice was good luck.

This company just dropped the ball i told them i needed my medicine or i will have withdrawals and symptoms! Was supposed to get it last night nobody came will never use this place again! When morning comes someone's behind will get chewed out! I called and cancelled and told them i wanted my one medication and the rest i will fill elsewhere! They also have been reported to the Ohio attorney general to! Place needs shut down they don't care what happens with the patient who doesn't have their meds! I called last week about this medication their is NO EXCUSE! Please save your excuses for someone else the people at this company are rude, unprofessional and lack a damn BRAIN! This has been the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. Can't get my med when needed... Constantly getting the run around from their customer service... Extremely unprofessional. Rude people who have a different story every time I call. I went a full week without my meds. Its completely ridiculous.

My insurance company recommended exactcare. Was supposed to have a rep come out. I was given a name and phone number of the rep. A day before she was to arrive I received a call from her boss. Come to find out the person that was supposed to come was not the name and number I was given, not to mention the appointment time was different as well. Received the correct ( or so-called ) name and number and changed my appointment date to another day. I waited all day on the revised appointment day. No show or call. Received a phone call 5 days later telling me that I missed my appointment. I told the person on the phone that I was home all day and no one came. He said that wasn’t what he was told. I said someone either went to the wrong house or lied. I was home all day. He said he would reschedule and I said no, after all the misinformation I was given and the no show or no call as well, I think I’m a little concerned about trusting them with my medications. He said ok bye and hung up. No apology or I’ll forward the complaint. Just ok bye. I posted on their Facebook page about them needing more help in our area as the Reps don’t seem to make it to appointments and my comment was removed. .

I had the intake interview and declined because I wanted to look into it more and I was not aware of the reviews here. I looked the app up on itunes store and it said it crashed after using for a while. They also said that I would have to have all prescriptions sent there. The rep. wasn't the friendliest, probably gets commissions. I'm going to look into having my local pharm. deliver to me or Pillpack.

Care Team is argumentative on the phone. Several calls throughout the day from different associates trying to get my meds straightened out everyone has a different story about the status of my order. Really wish I hadn't signed up for this program. I can't urge people enough to pass on it. UPDATE: Please read Exactcare's response below for a sample of their flippant and dismissive interaction with customers. I never asked them to discuss a patient on this forum. I have called their 1-800 number in an attempt to resolve issues and been met with their obstinate, hard-headed, disorganized management. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET DEALING WITH THEM. I know I am.

It takes a week to receive your medicine. They lie and give you the run around as to when it was sent and when you will recicve it. This medicine is important can mean life or death. Very nonchalant about it. They dont care about there customers. I thought it would be easier but after several bad experiences. I transfered my medicine back to CVS. Very disappointed.

This company is CONSTANTLY problematic and cannot be trusted to dispense meds correctly. They make REPEATED, REPEATED errors. Finally today, I fired them. They do not update patient's records correctly with new healthcare providers and their information or remove outdated healthcare providers. They do not notify patient's if refills are an issue. They just don't send the meds. They consistently try to get refills from the incorrect providers despite being notified multiple times which providers they need to contact and precious time is lost on obtaining refills. If the patient and their families are not paying attention, the patient's health could be dramatically affected. They pay no attention to the information in the internet messages and do not respond appropriately. MULTIPLE internet messages may be sent on the same topic before anything is done, IF anything is done. The whole point in my brother getting the ExactPak mailed to him was so that he wouldn't have to worry about the meds. I constantly have to check up on their work which almost always has mistakes. They DO NOT make the patients and their families lives easier with their serve. They make everyone's lives more difficult. I have enough trouble taking care of my brother, so I don't need all these problems with a mail order pharmacy. I believe they have monkeys working there and NOT intelligent human beings. DO NOT USE THEM AND FIND YOURSELF ANOTHER MAIL ORDER PHARMACY INSTEAD.

They handle all of my questions with consideration, Sincerity and Patient care is absolutely amazing! These fine people do their jobs exceptionally well and looking back I’m so blessed to be working with Exact Care Pharmacy! Went see my PCP on the 1st, new scripts were sent to them on the 2nd. Here it is the 17th and still waiting. These are heart meds and no meds f ok for 14 days is too long

Don't fall for it! It's a scam. It is illegal for them to waive your copay. If you have Medicare it is a violation of the Anti-kickback statute to waive co-pays. These companies are popping up like a bad rash. Your hometown pharmacy is the best option to fill your medications. Find one with people you can trust. How can a mail order pharmacy in another state possible take better care of you than your hometown pharmacy? They can't!

Well I'm fairly new with this company, about 6 weeks now but I have to say I've had a great experience with these people. I feel like I may be talking about a different company after reading all these negative reviews about them. I've called them probably half dozen times now an I've never talked to anyone that was rude or indifferent to me. They've been very consistent so far an I've gotten ALL MY MEDS spot on when I was supposed to get them so I have to say I'm very, very pleased with these people an it's awesome that I don't have to worry about refills, they take care of contacting my Dr when need be an I love that I don't have to worry about going to local pharmacy an getting my meds they're delivered right to my doorstep. So Exact Care keep up the good work for I have no complaints whatsoever!

My Husband has been waiting on test strips for over two weeks. They say it's the insurance and a bunch of back and forth.. We finally got the insurance to approve them last Thursday and ExactCare never filled it. Someone from ExactCare was supposed to call my Husband Thursday evening to tell whether insurance approved them or not. We never got a phone call. We only got one from the doctor saying the test strips were approved. Here it is Monday and still no test strips so we called this morning and they claim they had no idea they were approved and said we had to wait 2 or 3 days before I get them. This is ridiculous. They are rude and not helpful. They said we would not have to contact doctor's or anything once I was switched to ExactCare, but we've had to contact them and insurance many times now and he's only been with ExactCare for around 1 month .

Horrible service! Rep came to my home and promised no issues with my autistic son's meds. Two weeks later, there were issues. It took a week of back and forth between Exactcare and his doctor (they will NOT call for prescriptions, YOU have to call your doc and have the rx electronically sent) before the issue was resolved. AFTER he'd run out of current prescriptions. Told again that there would be no further problems, but it of course wasn't true! He's due for new meds in one week and I get a phone call for the "okay" to not pack his most important medicine!!! No way! Not even a full month of this service and I am beyond done!

Their pharmacist disregards client requests. They only deal with one supplier for their meds and I don't care for some of the brands they send out. Also, I was left for 3 days without an inhaler because they refused to send them both out at the same time. Needless to say, I no longer do business with them.

Unfortunately I have to rely on this company because I don't drive. They have not lived up to the promises that the representative made when I signed up. The customer service would be laughable if we were not discussing medication and people's lives. I was told to just not take my medication for the next 3 days OR open the new exact pack and remove the needed medication although that would make me short at the end of the month. I just hung up because it wasn't my first issue with them and after the last rude and unprofessional episode I didn't feel like wasting my breath again. Shaking my head and chuckling.

I would not ever recommend this company to anyone! CvS is no charge offers same service. Walgreen is also doing it now. There are all other companies doing this now. So we have options as costumers/ patients. Research your local pharmacies/ companies. Many at no charge offer this service now! It growing all over . We deserve quality care!!! I read the last review below mine and that lady is on point with what they do!! They are rude and if they aren't they lie just to get you off the phone. I don't even know her and I felt like I was that person. I thought this was only happening to me But after my latest problem with this pharmacy and being told I get my missing medications, and a call back! No call back! They all tell you something different. Some act really sweet and talk to you as if they really care and will fix it But they don't it an act and all lies! I am still without medication. I am disabled and I was supposed have my medication on Novemeber 22 2018 I called several times! I was promised phone call back! Nope!! It most December 11 2018 . It been 20 days! They told me signing up they get the refills, manage my medications, ship ect . I have to keep calling them, the doctors, fix the problems and get the medications. I had issues with them telling me wrong dates of when I last had my medication. And then just an ohhh. They mess up everything! This is my life! My medications! Please do not put your life on the line and had gaps in your medications. They do not care about you! They are about being company and making money! It not personal and they lie about their services! If you have to fill, call, fix and manage what the point having them? And to lie, be rude? Talk condescending?? Or sweet talk you and pretend they fixed it and care. I am in the process of getting away from them . Do not use this company unless you dont care about timely deliveries, medications, doing the services they offer you yourself, gaps in medications and rude people! I gone though the managers/ management and above. They promised never happen again this like 10x over! So it wont ever change! CVS offer no charge now for this service! Walgreens is following! This trend of service has grown! Find a pharmacy near you! Research and choose another company who cares!!! Who won't lie! Calls back! Actually does the sevices they get paid for!!! Pick a company who will do and offers this service for no charge! And cares! It can be any company not just CVS and Walgreens! Research and look up prepackaged medication companies and get the service you deserve! If I can help anyone who chronically sick, disabled, or has medications and needs this service this is for you! Have had more bad experiences than good. I can call 5 times in a day and ask the same question but get a completely different answer. They have many people that are rude and lie jyst to get you off the phone. Little do they know if they told the truth every time and delivered when they said they will they would not get as many calls. Over the last 18 mo. My father uses Exactcare and loves the service. A rep from Exact went to his house to do an in-home assessment and now they organize all of his medications for him every month and deal with all his changes. He loves working with the staff there and is happy he made the switch to Exactcare.

Waited 7 days for Lantus to come ,was to be shipped "ICED" , ice pack was melted, had no idea if the insulin was was of any use, inquired about the delay and was told ,with attitude, "WELL YOU KNOW WE ARE IN OHIO" it takes less time coming from Cambodia, and upon arrival ,NO syringes to administer the insulin,,ER,for insulin,,apparently the ineptitude starts with administration and is acceptable down the chain of command !!!

A person set up my account. It sounded like a good solution for me. I had just run out of a med and I was told that it would be overnighted to me. That was 5 days ago. Nothing has arrived. I am disappointed to sat the least!
