There should be a department you can complain to, as this office in West Chester keep their phones on "voicemail" you can never reach anyone. The first time I tried to have my script filled they "forgot to put it through" 2 weeks later I call to try and find out what happen and "they forgot to call me back". I have called numerous times to my local and 1800 number with NO answer and no reply so I'm not without my refill and NO ONE has called back to complete my refill. HORRIBLE, AWFUL, USELESS medical pharmacy. I recommend going somewhere else as this "company" doesn't value you.

Horrible customer service and questionable security. In addition, the compounded creme is gritty like sand, as if they crushed tablets into it. Unsurprisingly, beyond the very temporary effect of the lidocaine, it does not work.

I am deeply disappointed with BioMed Pharmacy in West Chester. You cannot speak with a person when you have a question about you prescription. Your calls are returned 24-48 hrs later, not at the time you need the information about your prescription. My doctor's office said that they have contacted BioMed Pharmacy about this issue, stating many of their patients have expressed the same frustration with Biomed Pharmacy. The doctor's office personnel who made the call stated that they were told, "We'll look into it.". She stated that they are still receiving complaints about Biomed's failure to communicate with their patients..

Don't use this company, their customer service is terrible. They have a dedicated voicemail line for prescription refills which I used but for some reason my refill request messages weren't being picked up. Then I used the online refill form, but that “didn't go through” either. The last time I tried to refill my prescription, I actually talked to a real person, and the prescription still didn't get filled. Each time they didn't get my refill, I would call them but no one answers the phone. When you leave a message, it takes at least 24 hours for someone to call back, usually it's more like 48 hours. This has been an ongoing issue for some months now. Every time this happened, I would run out of my prescription which I need for a serious, chronic health condition. That is unacceptable. I no longer use Biomed and would not recommend Biomed to anyone.

I have a prescription from my pain specialist for a pain cream. This pharmacy was very quick and thorough in compounding and mailing it to me. On my refill request I received it within three days. I would recommend them for a compounded prescription. I am a retired pharmacist and appreciate the great job they did for me. I would expect them to do a good job for anyone.

Ok experience I absolutely did not like my first contact with your agent. The robocall resembled a telemarketer, then told to leave a message, and you would call back.?? When your representative called back, she very quickly answered my questions (grateful I wasn't trying to write the information), and with each question, she stated "if you want, we can cancel this." Yes, I did cancel. Called back to order because I trust my doctor, and asked for this to be put through Workmen's comp. Nope, denied, but was told they would try to appeal. I called back a week later after Aspercream stopped working. I was quoted a price $200 more than the first call when they didn't have my insurance information. After running through my insurance, I was quoted the original amount told on the first call. OK, ordered, received three days later. I called the day I received two huge bottles that was ordered for one month. I was able to talk to a representative. I honestly was concerned that the receipt stated that I refused consultation with the pharmacist. It was not offered, and frankly, I wish I had talked to one. I can honestly say, after using 4 days, I'm not impressed, Aspercream worked better. I don't feel like it is helping. I'll go back to Aleve.

The medication is good, my situation is I put it on my knees shoulders elbows, however I need it most for my hands. You are not supposed to touch food, people, animals. What would you suggest, I use it at night, but I need it more often

After almost 2 years of a very painful hip and at times unable to walk because the pain would be so severe my doctor prescribed a compound from BioMed. Not sure who I love the most my doctor for prescribing it or BioMed for making it. It has been awesome. I am able to enjoy a more restful sleep (as I now very seldom wake up due to the pain). Unless I am on my feet all day I find the BioMed Compound has been a tremendous help. Even with excessive walking, etc. ., I find the pain or discomfort lessoned to a great extent. I am so very pleased with my results of using my Compound made for me by BioMed.

I get boimed delivered to my door, it always been on a timely manner. I receive phone calls asking if I to continue to use and see if product is helping. I wish my insurance company would allow a tube, I use on back and legs, the product doesn't take away all the pain but on my mild days it really helps

One of my specialists sent an oral compound medication here & as time went on I noticed the quality of the medication & how it was being capsuled & bottled was quickly going downhill. Also, they don't answer the phone when you call, even if you've just missed a call from them. You have to wait approximately 24+ hours for a call back or keep calling back, in hopes of reaching someone. With some time sensitive questions/issues pertaining to a prescription, this is unacceptable. I've since found another compound pharmacy.

I do as much business online as possible; however, BioMed has an app ... that does NOT work. The website does NOT work. No one ever answers the phone. I've given my credit card info 3 times ... and they still don't have it on file when I need a refill. Phone tag is a dumb game in 2018. I'm fine with the medicine, but if your business won't staff anyone to talk with patients, at least invest in automation that works.
