If I could give a negative star I would. Staff is very rude and condescending . You can just feel them judging you by what medicine your prescribed. They make you feel embarrassed and that is NOT okay!!

I have been going to this place since January. If I could give this place no stars I would. They are always rude to me. At first I was like ok people have a bad day but time and time again I get the most rude service. They don’t want to be bothered and it shows. The last straw was when I was trying to get one of my meds. The pharmacist gave me such a hard time. She made me feel bad for wanting a refill on a medication that I actually need. I was like are you kidding me?!? Don’t waste your time here. They don’t care about you or your money.

In a town full of rude, impolite people, it fits right in. I tried to overlook the piss-poor attitudes and lack of customer service because of the convenience of its location, but it’s not worth it.

As always they have absolute terrible service. They are always telling me one thing and do another. They tell me it will be ready in 20 minutes I come back in a hour still not ready. I have to watch them do every time. They tell me a price and when I pay for it it's a lot more expensive. I dropped off a day in advance and when I got there they still didn't do their job. They are lazy, rude, they lie to the customer constantly, The other reviewers are BS or high off their asses. It's the worst place to go.....

If I could give negative stars I would. I have used ND pharmacy for 20+ years. In the last month they have filled prescriptions with the wrong dose and said, I can’t get insurance to process a new script until Next month but you can pay out of pocket” when they were the one that filled the wrong dose. They have not tried to contact my doctor for a diagnosis code per industry norm if it isn’t included on the faxed prescription. So I’ve paid out of pocket for things I shouldn’t have and they won’t reprocess and give a refund. I’m done. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone anymore. I don’t know when or if it got sold but the people running it now don’t know what they are doing.

Staff are always polite.. And courteous.. I've been a customer for a long time... And I don't plan to change
