My husband and I both moved all our prescriptions to Total Care Pharmacy over a year ago and they haven't let us down. The experienced and courteous sales and pharmacists staff says it all. They look out for our best well being and price. We left a bigger drug store because of phone calls and harassment by computer program generated reminder calls. I love Total Care.... words just can't express the down home feeling of friendliness and their eagerness to provide quality products and service.

I went to Harris Teeter Pharmacy to get my Flu shot last Thursday and the Pharmacist Susan informed me that she would not be able to to give me the Flu shot until went between 11am and 1pm. She informed me that she tired of giving Flu shots and and I could leave and come back on Friday Their were only 2 customers before me and I would have have been glad to wait . And you would think that Harris Teeter would have enough staff on hand to take care of the customers . I have been a customer with Harris Teeter since 1991. I left and came to Total Care Pharmacy and got my Flu shot in less than 10 minutes . Thank You Total Care Pharmacy for providing outstanding customer service. God Bless all of you.

When I moved back to NC, they were the only pharmacy that would refill my out of state prescription. They made the effort to have the refill transferred from my old pharmacy in Florida. Because of their efforts to help me out they have earned my forever business. I have not been disappointed. They are knowledgeable, friendly, fairly priced, and helpful. The whole staff is that way. My daughter called here this morning to ask if they had her perscription in stock and how much it would cost her due to the fact she doesn't have insurance. The pharmacist she spoke to was rude and told her that he does give out controls which she didnt ask for or prices over the phone. He said she would have to come up there so he could see her perscription before he could answer any questions. Rather than being rude back an arguing with him she simply called another pharmacy ( walgreens) and asked them the exact same questions was given a yes to her inquiry about her medication and a price. She then went an had her perscription filled. I would never under any circumstances use this pharmacy due to how rudely she was treated. It isnt against the law to inquire if a pharmacy can fill a certain perscription and to ask how much it would cost her. If I could give them zeros stars I would

This is my new pharmacy from now on. My insurance stopped covering a certain medication. Walmart wanted $140.00 for a one month generic supply. Total Care price : Less than $15. My prescription was transferred, filled and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. Awesome place.
