My mom moved here to live with me some months ago and I, being inclined to support local and family owned businesses, sent her to Realo. My mother has a steel bar in her neck (cervical laminectomy), five herniated discs and severe permanent nerve damage due to a car accident. She accidentally left her cane in FL when she moved here (because she was distracted by grief after the death of her 28 year old son) so her DOCTOR the ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON!!!! prescribed her a new cane. This DOCTOR wants her to use her cane at all times. However, she can not get her cane because the PHARMACIST at Realo reported to Medicare that she does not need it after meeting her once. Thanks for that almighty pharmacist. I'm sorry since when do pharmacists trump doctors???? This is why we are loyal Walgreens customers from here out.

I went here for a year or so for my medication and the staff was always friendly, and they always had my medication filled on time. If there was an issue such if they were out of stock. They can normally get the med the next day. Higly recommend this realo and any other for that matter.

This is the best pharmacy in New Bern, NC. The staff is very nice and professional. You can walk in with a prescription and it doesn’t take them 10 minutes and you’re walking out the door. They have plenty of pharmacists working behind the counter. An employee to handle the window and usually 2 employees at the registers. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I relocated to New Bern from Central New York state. My fiance' has used this pharmacy for many years and recommended I use them. I haven't gotten a new Doctor in town yet but needed a refill on a prescription I had up in NY. I first dealt with a pharmacy associate named Tammy who called my former pharmacy in Syracuse, NY and was able to have the script transferred to Realo. When I used the refills up she then telephoned my former health care provider in Syracuse and got a new script written to hold me over for 90 days until I can get set up with a Doctor here in New Bern. When I stopped back to the store to check on my script I met Trey Paul and he advised me the status of my prescription and explained the process to me in depth. I am extremely impressed with the amount and quality of customer service I have received from Realo and both Tammy and Trey Paul. Being new to the area and at times 'lost' due to not knowing my way around yet - it is reassuring to know I have a great place to go for health care supplies. Keep up the superb service Realo and I'll be back to do business with you.

I never saw myself as one to write a review; let alone a review on Google. However, the genuine and rare experience that I received today at this pharmacy, I repeat, A PHARMACY (the ones like CVS and Walgreens), was the most enlightening and positive contact I have ever had with a healthcare professional. Today I picked up a prescription for my daughter. The pharmacist on duty, Casey, made it a point to come and introduce herself because it was our first time here. She showed me how to use/store/and explained the side effects to expect from the medication. As a new mother this was the most comforting and informative personal experience I have ever had in healthcare. Usually I feel as if the doctor or nurse or pharmacist is in such a hurry and trying to turnover patients as fast as possible. After the end of the consultation I truly felt a connection and trust with this pharmacist, something I've never felt with my Walgreens pharmacist after years of getting medications filled there ( I don't even know the pharmacists name). Thank you Casey W. for taking the time to get to know me personally and for caring for my family. In addition, thank you to the Realo pharmacy for giving myself and my family hope once again in United Stated Healthcare. I truely believe this is the future of retail pharmacies in this country

Visited the Respiratory Care office. They either need a louder cow bell on the front door or an alarm in the rear. I waited five and a half minutes before the receptionist came out. I requested my usual headgear and hose for my CPAP and she informed me they are discontinuing that accessory. Now I can't get my headgear or chin strap from Realo but I can still get them on-line

I have nothing but GOOD things to report about your company. I love it when I walk into the Bridgeton store and they all say "Hi Ms. Johnson". I love that they know me and all of my medical issues and always make sure my needs are met. The respiratory division handles my sleep APNEA problem very well. I also like that if I have a prescription need and I am in Greenville, I can just pop into that location and they communicate with the Bridgeton location. My go-to store is the Bridgeton store. I appreciate the staff, they are always happy and ensure my needs are met. Thank you all for going the extra mile - always!

I just moved from across town and now use this location on Commerce Drive. I miss the personalized friendly service I received at the Carolina Colours location. At the Commerce Drive location they are always in a hurry, the clerks are not friendly at all. Instead of the small town they act like corporate america...rush rush rush.
