Having Rx filled or refilled has become a nightmare in many places & for many reasons. But if there is a dermatology issue at hand, chances are likely it is going to require a lot of time, patience & money! I now dread these calls all most as much as I once dreaded calling about the dial up internet phone service?! On the 3rd call of trying to get the same script filled, I spoke with a Mr. Rish & he assured me he would take care of Honestly, this happened. (I hope this review isn't too long to publish, because it sure happened as I reported it) Mr Rish would receive a rating of 6.5!!

Excellent service - they are in a network with Gurley's pharmacy in Durham. Both pharmacies went above and beyond my expectations to help fill a typically not stocked prescription on a Friday afternoon, for an unknown allergic reaction I was experiencing. Kept me from going crazy over the weekend! Big thank you to both.

I absolutely love the service at this pharmacy. I will get all of my dermatology prescriptions filled at Northstate Pharmacy. The pharmacist Rush was great he had a coupon that allowed me to get my script filled for no cost. Thanks again for the great service!

I've been calling for a week trying to get my prescription(doctor told me to call them and confirm). Got called back by a robot telling me to call. I'll change my review once I can get my meds. I have dermatitis on my eyelids and I need my antibiotics. I am in a lot of pain and tired of being told to call again by robots when I've left message after message.

I was very unhappy that my Dr sent in a prescription to a pharmacy that was 35 minutes away from where I live and needless to say it was an $1,100 dollar prescription. What?? Crazy for a cream for a rash that I have. Not the pharmacies fault. I spoke with the pharmacist “Rish” and he recommended something a lot less expensive. I didn’t have the time to drive so far to pick up the prescription because I was leaving to go out of town for work. Long story short Rish drove it to me. I couldn’t believe he did this. What a great guy. Thank you for being so down to earth.

Terrible Terrible Terrible Pharmacy.. Staff has no manners and the pharmacist himself was super rude.. Do not recommend this pharmacy at all.. Called in for a prescription on friday, somebody said they will call back monday but never did.. When i called monday, they said they will ship order and never did until i had to call back after 9 days to ask what happened.. Apparently their notes say that i said i will call back and confirm the order.. The pharmacist was super rude and said that he has the right to deny my order and ended up denying it.. very rude.. Do not deserve any stars..

Great service! They made getting a prescription that was several hundred dollars at other pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Costco, Sams, Benzer, Rite Aide, and other pharmacies) much cheaper. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and the staff is more than willing to help solve issues to get you the medication you need. I highly recommend having your doctor call your script in to this pharmacy directly!

Have been working with this pharmacy for a couple months now at the recommendation of my dermatologist and they have been great! The customer service has been terrific each time I call to check on filling a prescription and whether it has been mailed out (they handle sending meds to my daughter). Also, and this is huge, they are charging me $5 for a medication that others (CVS, Walgreens, etc) wanted to charge me several hundred or more after processing my insurance. Not sure how they are doing it, but they are. Awesome experience for my family. Thanks!

Used their online form to enter my information, was told someone would contact me. They never did so I called them the next day and told them I needed a prescription filled. They said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I show up and wait. Not ready. After waiting for 20 minutes they tell me they need to contact the doctor's office to have the generic version of the drug approved. Doctor's office isn't responding so i'm stuck waiting their like a jackass. Never coming back to this place, completely unprofessional.

I had never heard of this pharmacy before yesterday, September 4th, 2018. My dermatologist called my prescription in to this pharmacy, because my regular pharmacy (CVS), would have been a lot more, to fill my medication. I like the fact they will ship your medication free. That is really nice. I spoke with them on the phone and the person I spoke to was very helpful. Five stars! Thank you!

This place was originally recommended by my dermatologist and I’m glad it was. She said they were good at helping to get the costs down on a very expensive medication. I decided to give them a try. I’ve been back several times with other prescriptions because the people are professionals, the turn around time is fast and overall I think it’s as pleasant of an experience as you could have with a pharmacy.

I have used their free delivery service a few times, and I have been happy every time. I did want to write a glowing review today though of the assistance I received from Alicia (could be spelled differently). She went out of her way to find a coupon to relieve some of the costs with two prescriptions. She followed up with me even before promised and save me a bunch of time and money in the process. She was wonderfully pleasant in doing all of it. Great customer service always brings repeat customers. I'll continue to use them.

I had a few questions regarding my prescriptions and he devoted his time to counsel me. I was very happy with the quality of service that I have received from North State. I will definitely come back again. Good to know that they are going to start filling regular prescriptions apart from dermatological products. Will definitely transfer my prescriptions here.
