The pharmacists and employees are all very polite and helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure the health of their customers and are always willing to stop to answer any questions about the medicines. They also deliver to your home which is very beneficial to elderly or sick patients

Great pharmacy, very nice and helpful staff... unless you get the blonde young lady who works back there with the pharmacists. She's very rude and will basically call you a liar and try to make you feel stupid. My prescriptions never get filled in a timely manner if she's at the drop off window like they do if any other staff member is back there. She has a snippy attitude and acts like she looks down on some customers, not just myself, which I've witnessed on several occasions.The rest of the staff go above and beyond, but not this young lady. She makes things harder than they should be. I liked moose pharmacy mt pleasant much better before she started working there. Even called to complain but did absolutely no good. I hope Whit finally sees her for what she is and lets her go for someone else who's a better fit for this company. She's doing more harm than good. Thinking of taking my business elsewhere because of her. She's the only reason I'm only giving this pharmacy 3 stars... otherwise it would be a 5 star rating.

We're new to mt pleasant, and we do know that we have travel into concord/Harrisburg for most items/stores. So when my daughter showed symptoms of a cold, I thought I'd have to travel all the way to target for a certain brand of medicine we prefer. (hylands cold n cough for children) which is a homeopathic medicine without the dyes, artificial colors, and flavors. I decided to stop at moose pharmacy first (5 minutes verse 25 minute drive to target) & they had this exact brand! I was so relieved and thankful I didn't have to waste an hour and a half just for a certain type of medicine ! So happy you guys carry this and we will be back :)
