The most professional pharmacy ever . The atmosphere is divine. This group has hearts of gold and take a true caring for their patients. Josefs should turn into a Dr's office because they are right by your side in helping you understand anything about your meds and condition to help you feel as comfortable as they possibly can - especially when you don't feel well and no Dr. Is in sight. A few years back I switched to Josef's after a recommendation from a friend and learning that a couple of my favorite pharmacists from Target had moved there. I definitely don't regret the decision! Almost all the employees there know me by name (not that they should, but it's a nice touch). And when there's an issue with a prescription, I usually don't even have to ask for them to go the extra mile and help me work things out.

I have worked over here for about 3 weeks as an intern. Though my rotation is coming to an end, i have finally seen what a true team looks like in the staff. I have worked at other pharmacies before, and they are in it just for the money. Not this one, I can say for sure. The whole culture is just to care about the customer, and the staff is very professional from top to bottom. Never once did I hear how much money can we make off a person, I only heard how they can make the patient's life better. A great and unique business model. This is what a business is suppose to look like, and everyone working there is very nice to the customers, and the customers are very pleasant as well. Thank you for the opportunity, I have truly learned how much of an impact a pharmacist can have on the community. This will make me work harder next year, and I will try to have the same impact on my community after I graduate. I now have a purpose to my life because of this rotation, and that is to be the best pharmacist i can be to improve people's lives like Josef's pharmacy does, and everyone works as a team at Josef's pharmacy. It is like a miracle-I would say the utopia of pharmacy
