Compounding lab NEVER returns calls. All prescription have taken at least 24 hours or longer to be ready. Left a message to verify they had received a script from Duke Eye Center, had to call 3 times to find out they don’t make it there. Very poor follow thru and customer service. Hope I never have to use them again!!!

Compounding lab doesn't return phone calls, leaves you on hold, and they are yet to deliver anything on time. This is multiple occasions.

Be sure to leave your phone number, and someone will call you when your compounding prescription is ready. Sometimes it is ready the same day, and sometimes it takes 24 hours so be sure to call ahead. Staff is absolutely wonderful and courteous!

Very slow and rude. Only came here because we needed compound eye drops. Next time I'll just drive to Duke. Can't believe how slow and rude this place is. The pharmacist must just hate their job. I think her name was Amanda.
