I love the mom and pop feel, they know my name when I walk in. My meds are always ready. The staff are awesome and friendly. The prices are affordable for me. Parking is tragic, but not a deal breaker yet!

This pharmacy did for me what no other pharmacy would do, when I had no insurance they were able to get my medication at a very low cost to me & at one point they let me owe them over $3000 worth of medication, patiently waiting until my insurance was reinstated. Thank you Gurley's for the wonderful service you provide. FYI: Gurley's does provide free delivery, I have been with them for 7+ years & I have always been able to get delivery when I want it. Not to forget the wonderful owners who are pharmacist, they demand that their patients get the best service & ALWAYS goes above & beyond to give the best service. Again, thank you Gurley's.

I went to Gurley's yesterday for the first time, primarily because I needed a medication and didn't have access to a car. The service was amazing. It felt friendly and pleasant and was full of many different types of people. I got what I needed at a very fair price and left feeling more connected to my community. Before going to Gurley's I had only been to big-box pharmacies in the US and it didn't occur to me that I could "shop local". I don't have a regular prescription but I will make it a point to go to Gurley's for all my pharmacy needs in the future. Hope they stay where they are for decades to come: Durham needs more accessible on foot shops and services.

Like almost all other pharmacies in the state of North Carolina, this pharmacy does not bother to deliver their prescriptions. Unlike at least one who delivered my prescription exactly once (before bothering to notify me that they no longer offer this service), however, this pharmacy was honest enough to admit that they never plan to offer this service. No wonder so many senior citizens live in Florida (where Express Scripts delivers anywhere) or Canada, where the medications are less costly AND they ship the medications to you! In Canada, too, all have the advantage of free health care!
