very unhelpful staff..found out by my insurance company that they covered a prescription and was told by pharmacy (cassi (lazy tech) that it wasnt. I was also suppost to be refunded for the mes. After this happen i transfered to laynes pharmacy(10 times setter customer service) Ive been a loyal customer here for over 8 yrs. and even offered to come back if they corrected this issue. I advise everyone to stear clear of this place. I got 5 family members leaving also to go to laynes if its not corrected and as many others as i can. AGAIN STAY AWAY!!

I love this pharmacy! I was shopping for some medical equipment for my mother and Chad and Dianne were a huge help. Even though her insurance was not in network, they were very knowledgeable and instructed me as to what were requirements and what I needed from her physician and what insurance should pay for. They could not do it but they treated and took time with me as if I were their customer . I will definitely be moving all of my prescriptions here.. Thanks for an awesome experience!

Absolutely LOVED this Pharmacy. Not only did they order My Godson his UNC Tar Heels Outfit, (seeing as they ran out) they even called to let me know everything I wanted was in. There were things they didn't even carry but ordered for me. The Staff was VERY Courteous and made sure I had everything I wanted. I will DEFINITELY Be going back!! ( :

Love Eden Drug! All staff are very knowledgeable in their line of work. Never had any issues. Always very kind and nice and willing to go the extra mile. Free bag of gifts for all new patients from newborn to elderly. All scripts come with suckers for kids or mints for older people. They do free home delivery and dont mind sorting things out with doctors. Once my son had to have surgery at 2 years old and pharmacist was concerned about some meds prescribed to him and wanted to personally speak to the doctor and when he was not able to do so he came to our car and spoke with us about his concerns and I felt as if he really truly cared about my family in that moment!

I locked my keys in my car while picking up my grandsons prescription. An employee quickly came over to help. She made a phone call and a young man showed up within minutes and wouldn't take any money for his time. You rarely find this kind of help these days. Thank You

Very unprofessional staff. When I told Sabrina I wanted to speak to a manager, she told me she was the manager. I told her I wanted to speak with whoever was over her, and she just continued to argue with me. I advised her our conversation was not getting anywhere because she was just repeating the same thing, and she finally called someone else over. Unfortunately, I do not remember the next individual's name, but she wasn't any help. She just stated she repeated what was told to her. After advising Sabrina had lied on me the other manager didn't apologize either. Very bad customer service. As the other gentleman stated, I know there was at least 10 people working behind the counter, and I only saw one being productive. The others were just standing around talking while myself and another lady waited in line for about 10 minutes.

I have been using this pharmacy for years as well as my family and the staff is friendly and helpful. You can always get your questions answered and they will address any concerns you have really quick. The Pharmacist have always been great I have had a lot of good experiences with Chad he is very helpful has answered lots of questions about my medicines as well as my child's and what over the counter things I can take with them. I wouldnt ever use another pharmacy Eden Drug is the best and my family appreciates all you do for them.❤
