JUST RECENTLY MOVED HERE FROM NY AND REGISTERED WITH THIS PHARMACY,NOT ONLY WERE THEY OUTSTANDINGLY FRIENDLY,BUT HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY MEDS. This pharmacy goes way above and beyond merely filling prescriptions. I have a number of them each month and not only did the friendly staff help me organize the mess of having used half a dozen other pharms, they even contact me when it's time for pick up! I love this pharmacy. I love the people who work here. They are so nice and respectful. They do not treat you as if you are another number. They take the time out to discuss your situation with you and try to help you in anyway possible. I was feeling a little down today but after speaking with the pharmacist it really made me feel good about things. I have never had a bad experience here. If I have antibiotic order that they don't have in stock, they always order that day and usually ready first thing the next morning. I love this pharmacy! Everyone here is very nice and they take the time to help you and answer questions for you. I’ve been coming here for about 6 months the pharmacist Ashley is so nice and helped me with another issue not even related to meds and I appreciated. Keishara I don’t know if I’m spelling that right so sorry if I didn’t but she’s awesome she’s so sweet she will help you with anything she greets you right when you walk in the door no matter what she is doing! I love this place. I sent my aunt here and she loves them but even tho it’s a small pharmacy they deliver and they are the nicest ever!! Some pharmacists just give u ur meds and go they all have time to talk to you and make sure everything is good!! Thanks guys

Just like when I was a kid.........In a world where it seems like customer service is a dying art, Carolina Pharmacy Arboretum Excels at it and understands how important it is to be greeted with a smile and a kind sincere Hello. I used to get all of my families prescriptions at a big box pharmacy.... however one of my medications was only available here. So I had that rx filled at Carolina Pharmacy and was completely wowed at how nice and kind they were as well as thinking of me and my pocket book first. I have switched over EVERY ONE of our prescriptions to Carolina Pharmacy. Its conveniently located (even when living in Waxhaw, I mean who doesn't go to Charlotte), super fast and always friendly. It reminds me of an old fashioned Pharmacy like when I was a kid, but with all of the state of the art technology needed for 2017. Seriously give them a try, they even have coupons that you can use when you transfer your rx to them.
