Definitely the best pharmacy I've ever been to. They are so nice and when I started going there again after a few months having to go elsewhere they all were super nice, came over to say hi, and said they'd all been wondering where I went. They are always super quick with filling prescriptions, like usually only having to wait 5 minutes instead of about an hour at Walmart. They also price match other pharmacies if something is cheaper somewhere else, and they accept Blink (which is an app on my phone that saves you a TON of money on your prescriptions... kinda like Good RX only it actually works and is way better) which saves me over $200 each month. Like others have said, they come out to your car when you're in line at the drive through and they let you sit there until your prescription is ready. The only negative I can possibly think of is that they close somewhat early, especially Saturday's and Sunday's (4 pm) but that's ok, I'd rather go to Cannon early then have to deal with any other pharmacy!

Excellent pharmacy! I been coming here since they first opened and have recommended all my family and friends to use them as well. Best prices around. Friendly employees as well. There is this one lady that is a bit rude but we as women sometimes come off like that because we are emotional creatures so no biggie.

Update 1/23/18: Still have nothing but amazing things to say about Cannon Pharmacy and all the employees here! They go above and beyond for their customers, every time. I even took advantage of their offer to help me look at my medicare insurance options, at no charge! This was such a huge help! I promise you won't find a better Pharmacy for your human and animal family members (& no, I have no affiliation with Cannon or any of it's employees).

Been a customer since day one. Always large staffing.......minimal waiting. They take the time to learn about you, therefore treat you like family. Bend over backwards to ensure your prices are cheapest. Yes there have been times theirs without insurance for 90 days was money saving for me. They spend all time required contact pharmaceutical companies or distribution looking for less than openly available rebates or discounts. Always friendly and smiling. We are blessed in Mooresville to have them here.

I absolutely love this pharmacy. I switched from Walgreens to Cannon Pharmacy and I don’t regret it one bit. Cannon is the chic-fil-a of pharmacy’s, the are extremely polite and helpful. They don’t act like you are bothering them unlike other places I have been. They have true southern hospitality at the heart of their business. Not to mention the home delivery service they have, which is a lifesaver at times. I can’t stress enough how much I love this place they are amazing people, they will take the time to help you with any questions you may have. When I go to a pharmacy that is what I want not a mini mart toy store photo studio with a pharmacy in the back.

The cheapest place around and the greatest customer service. At Walmart I was paying $83 for a self pay generic prescription. With a friend's recommendation I called Cannon for a price check and they offered the same prescription for $16.79. Every time I pick up a prescription I am greeted with a smile and always leave feeling that my business is wanted and appreciated, which was never the case when dealing with Walmart. Not only was the price difference an incredible incentive to switch pharmacies, but so was the Customer Service. I have recommended their pharmacy services to not just my friends and family, but to my clients as well.

I have had so many prescriptions that Walgreen could not fill because they had to order them so far since I switched to Cannon they have had everything. Customer Service is outstanding . Even the drive through they literately come out to your car if there is a long line and get your percription. I just love them not to mention they will deliver and for free. I asked if I should give a tip and they are not allowed to accept money. This will be my pharmacy for the rest of my time.

I love the employees. They go out of their way to help you find the best deals on your prescriptions, look for coupons and answer your questions. They deliver prescriptions locally, which is a huge help. Also, they offer to package your meds in daily dosage packs which can really help if you're caring for someone, or if you need many medications daily. Unfortunately, they are too good for their own good because they now need more employees working than there is space in the store. We used to never have to wait more than 10 minutes, & no mistakes were made. Now, we may have to wait half an hour, and recently, a second count was not made on some important meds for a family member, and the 20 pills they were short could not be replaced. It was a shock to us as we'd never had meds come up short there but by one or two pills in the many years we've used them. So check for the two sets of initials if that's what is normal for your meds and consider regularly counting them.

This Pharmacy is a nice place to go to for prescriptions to be filled. The employees are very nice and helpful. You can make an appointment to have someone help you find an insurance plan that will be the best fit for your life. This Pharmacy also has a card that you are able to get that allows any military veterans to get a Military Discount. It is a pleasure when I discover a business that helps with a small benefit for our military members. This store also carriers items that are a medical help for people. They also have an area for $1.00 pricing. There is also a drink machine inside the store and they have coffee available for people while they wait for their prescriptions to be filled.

My husband and I began using Cannon Pharmacy when it first opened in Mooresville and we've been here ever since. We've never had to wait more than a few minutes for our prescriptions to be filled. Their 180-day prescription prices are great, as are their over-the-counter prices. The staff is amazing-everyone is friendly and very helpful. Cannon is the only pharmacy my husband and I use. I encourage everyone to give Cannon Pharmacy a try...you won't regret it!
