Only losing a star since they're not open on weekends, but always manage to fill my prescriptions at the right price. I think it's the only pharmacy I've been to in NYC so far where I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off.

Frank and his team are Beyond incredible. I'm a Family Nurse Practitioner and primary care provider in the city, and The Chemist Shop is my 110% go-to pharmacy for everything compounded and regular pre-made pharmaceutical. I have my patients get all their medications from Chemist Shop bc the delivery and quality are amazing and they take incredible care of my patients. Could not recommend them more. Superlative. Who says that about their local chain store pharmacy?!

The folks here are absolutely amazing. I walked in because I woke up with the beginning symptoms of cold sore this morning. The shop clerk/pharmacist pointed me to Abrevo (which apparently is the most well-known, popular OTC medicine for cold sores) that was hanging on the wall. But I got sticker shock when I realized it was $23 for a small tube (not the shop's fault; the price was determined by the pharma company of course). Anyway, I expressed my dismay at the price, and the guy was completely sympathetic and suggested that they could order a custom or generic alternative for me which would be cheaper, but would also take a couple of days. He also told me that I could alternatively find generic options at general pharmacies like Rite Aid or Walgreens. As I was in a rush, I decided to check Rite Aid for a cheaper one. So even though I didn't buy from this shop today day, I was REALLY impressed by their customer service. It's really hard to find shops these days that genuinely put customers above profits. So hats off to The Chemist Shop!! I'll definitely be returning to them in the future.
