One of the only “Mom & Pop” stores that remain in Chelsea, no doubt because of its exemplary staff, and particularly the pharmacy department. Courteous, knowledgeable and efficient are just a few adjectives to characterize the gracious employees working at New London. I transferred all of my prescriptions from CVS to New London several years ago. That was the best decision I have made. Many, many more decades of success, New London!

I have been coming to this pharmacy for about 4 years now. I’ve since moved further downtown but I still make the effort to pick up my prescriptions here. I’ve never seen a more caring pharmacy staff that actually works with their the customers. They are so knowledgeable about what they do and will ensure you are well taken care of. By far the best pharmacy in the city.

Mohammad the guy that works in the Specialty Pharmacy upstairs is it outstanding person very helpful and very kind and I am very much appreciated that he is employed by New London Pharmacy because he is an asset to your organization. Downstairs one of your friendly cells people is Alex I find him to be very helpful very kind and all around a great person.
