Great customer service and always calls me when refills are ready. Always greets you when you come in.

Outside of a few young men, the staff seems to not want to help anybody or even be there. They sometimes come off very nasty when asked questions/for help. They also always make me wait long for prescriptions. 15+ minutes for the pharmacist to take eye drops off the shelf and put them in a bag? Ridiculous!

It's a somewhat old-fashioned pharmacy/drug store. On one hand, there are more personal than the big chains like CVS and Walmart. On the other hand, I've never been told at a CVS that I had to return the next day as "we don't have enough pills today".

Friendly people, took my insurance and transferred my prescription from a pharmacy that didn't.

Ran to the pharmacy to pick up a refilled prescription. I called beforehand to make sure I could make it. They told me they closed at 7:30 on the phone which is also the time given on google. I get there at 7:26. The guy at the front says "we're closed." I told him I was told 7:30 on the phone and just needed to pick up a Prescription. He says they tell everyone 7:25. The lights were already off! Didnt seem apologetic at all. I left without my prescription. Will definitely be transferring to another pharmacy.
