Something is not right. My doctor sent a prescription there for an item and they asked me to call a third party # (called worker comp) to supply social security #, home address and phone #). When I asked them why I had to do this, they told me that if I did not do it I would not receive prescription. Beware!!!!!! I would go elsewhere!!!!

I like small businesses like this one. Great customer service! Not only do they remember my name, but they're also my ups pick up and drop off point and sometimes I forget to pick things up. They'll call me to remind me of packages.

Was waiting outside for over 30minutes past their "9am opening" for my UPS package and no one came to open the shop. For the second day in a row! Called multiple times to arrange a pick up, was reassured regarding hours. Now I have to have my package sent to another location due to this terrible an inconvenient service. If you're working the 9 to 5 and have a package here, you'll never get it. Arrange another drop off service.

Their UPS pick service is horrible! Came to pick up my package 15 minutes before closing and the doors were locked with 2 people inside and they refused to allow me to pick up my packages. I came back the very next business day at 9:30am and the doors are locked but the store hours are 9am to 6pm.... owner in the store and refused to come to the doors! New flash to UPS DO NOT LEAVE MY PACKAGE WITH THESE PEOPLE

On vacation with family and my son needed medication for an ear infection. Pharmacist explained to us how our physician could call in the prescription and even spoke to him over the phone. Both pharmacist and his assistant were courteous and so very helpful. Thank you so much for your help!! Great people and service in this pharmacy!!

Most of the gentrification people are the ones complaining. This pharmacy and the UPS pick service is a benefit to the Harlem community. The people who don't like it need to leave Harlem.

Horrible customer service. They should not be a UPS pick-up location. They have ridiculous hours and are unwilling to help via the phone. The pharmacist or store clerk I’ve spoken to is always rude and rushes off the phone claiming they are speaking to a doctor. Pick-up times are 9:15-3:30pm and they are closed on Sundays. Smh
