Used to be a regular at this pharmacy & always had a pleasant experience until 2 friendly pharmacists left & were replaced with 2 individuals a young girl & a young man with absolutely no idea how to speak with the general public. I experienced zero courtesy or basic respect from these individuals & had prescriptions literally thrown back at me as they were paper prescriptions & not the new internet method of calling n medications, all this despite my prescription having a DEA waiver number. My wife's Doctor recently called in a prescription for Ambien a sleep aid. I called to pick up the medication & was told the the medication was on back order. Fine I said when will it be available ? I was told by this young lady " I have no idea I don't make the medications." I presented a prescription for the same medication 4 weeks before & was told it was on back order & unavailable. I was given no reason why such a common medication was on back order or even a simple sorry for any inconvenience or explanation. This pharmacist a small black haired Indian looking girl has no idea how to speak or communicate with customers. I asked why she took the order from my wife's Doctor for a medication she did not have & had no idea when she would have it in stock. She should have called myself or my wife & informed us the medication was unavailable, giving us the option to have the prescription transferred to another pharmacy. Be warned when using this pharmacy & the young girl or man are on duty you will be treated with no respect & god help you if your prescription contains a controlled substance. customers

Stopped by here to get something for cough and cold. Knowledgable staff and good service. Much easier to interact with the staff than in the CVS across the street.
