Really nice and accommodating staff. They try to get you in and out the door as quickly and easily as possible. Only downside is that since they are a specialty store, so they don't do automatic refills.

0 stars. From the pharmacy to the specialty orders to the billing department, probably the most incompetent bunch of people in charge of your medications. Do not trust these people with your sensitive medications, they will certainly screw up your order, the handling of your prescription and the payment process with your insurance.

Had to leave after refusal to disclose $$ of a pain med insurance wasn't covering, right out of oral surgery +barely able to talk... my mechanic has more sympathy for my car than their pharmacists for their patients. [9th n 19St. Pvt Rx helped me]

POOR service! Walked in with a script. and they refused to fill it, A legit script. written for today by a reputably doc. I have been refilling this same med for the last 3 years every month! They say that it hasnt been 30 days yet, so what the script. reads to days date NOT 30 days from last refill! So I guess they know more than my doctor? They make you run out of pills then I pray that I can get to there store before I get sick! THAT IS A PURE LACK OF COMPASSION AND CARE FOR HUMANS, PURE AND SIMPLE!!!! IF YOUR A CANCER PATIENT LOOK ELSEWHERE CAUSE THEY LIKE PLAYING Russian roulette WITH YOUR MEDS!!

As a customer walking in to pick up medication for my friend I was highly concerned. Overhearing staff members speak with such vulgarity and lack of professionalism, and witnessing certain staff walk with their cellphones in their hands which is a huge violation of HIPAA. Definitely suggesting a new pharmacy for my friend.

I been using this pharmacy since 2005 and i never had a problem till a young girl since the past 2 year forgot to sent my refill and made me wait for over 2 1/2 hours for it,, it happened twice and wont happen again, time to move on for another pharmacy

The worse customer service! 20-30 min on hold minimum, being transfered from one team to the other. Some customer reps coukd find the receipt.Some could. One day after I had finally managed to place the order-(it took me three calls with the above hold times and few days) the called to let me know that they were out of stock with a medication that I needed the next day.
